Of all the test centres we used during our stay Halo was the most profesional and helpful. It has easy access, great professionals and fast results.

Quick, Easy & Straightforward!
I used this service when I returned from travelling. I was very stressed due to the U.K. government changing the rules whilst I was away and I didn’t know what to do on my return. Halo alleviated a lot of that stress by being really helpful and easy to book! I thought the test process was great (much better than the horrible ones I have had previously with throat and nose swabs). The app was excellent too and really straightforward to use. 100% recommend.

The rapid antigen test advertised by this company does not comply with Barbados demands. Having booked and paid for his I find they do not ether advertise the differences between countries or…give refunds for mistakes made,
Shame on them .

We are disappointed to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service, however it is down to the customer to check the guidelines for the country they are travelling to prior to purchasing a test. As guidelines are changing so frequently for each destination, it is impossible for us to keep on top of this at all times, therefore it is the customers responsibility to check prior to purchasing.
We try to put as much information as possible on the website, and if someone has any queries they can contact our call centre who would be happy to look into individual cases and advise where possible.

Stressful experience
Honestly it was one of the most stressful parts of my trip to UK at height of omicron the T5 process was understaffed and badly managed and with 2 small kids and we’d just got off a 13hr flight it was not an experience I’d repeat and wish I’d just booked an ART I was trying to avoid stress for kids having to have another test but spitting into tube / envelop x 3 with no help was not idea! Maybe there could be a fast track pay extra zone at peak times or for families with kids

We are disappointed to hear your experience was not what we would have hoped for on this occasion, and can completely appreciate how stressful travel is at the moment, especially with young children and families. Unfortunately there were times over the Christmas period, where we were busier than usual, due to last min changes in government regulations, travel already heightened in December, and the new variant etc. We staffed up as much as possible and had a separate testing location for families so there was more space but as you can appreciate, we did experience some days in which saw flights delayed which at times caused longer queues than usual and staff busier than normal. We tried to control this as much as possible but appreciate your patience as it appears you visited on one of these particular days.
