The Hamilton Pen Company Avis

Very well packed papers from website which advised well on suitability and size matches for writing paper to envelopes. Some unusual ink art pens to experiment with too. First order, I will be back. Thanks to team for courtesy alcohol wipe too.

A very straightforward purchase through the website. Excellent price for a high value Visconti. Prompt secure delivery. Knowledgeable people. Very satisfied customer.

Haven't used a fountain pen in a long time. The pen I chose was delivered promptly and when I realised I should have chosen a finer nib, they sent the replacement at no cost and included a prepaid envelope to make returning the old nib a breeze. James was exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend them and I would gladly buy from them again.

Great service, quick delivery and quality product ... couldn't ask for more really.

The product was an excellent price and arrived incredibly quickly- a seamless service and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Excellent service, quick delivery and products exactly as specified. I'll return to Hamilton's again.

Very quick service, thanks

Outstanding customer service and speed of delivery. Will definitely buy from these guys again.

Products as described and delivered in time.

Exactly the products I was looking for at super competitive prices. Quick and efficient service, thank you!

Again faultless, efficient, easy to order service with competitively priced materials

Great website offering a range of high quality pens and stationery, I would highly recommend The Hamilton Pen Company.

Great shop with fabulous products and really good service.

There was a problem with the ink when delivered. However the customer service in reacting, communicating and addressing the issue was outstanding. All other purchases with Hamilton have always been speedy and without a hitch.

Great service thank you. Good range of products at a reasonable price. Prompt delivery.

I ordered three draughting pens at a reasonable cost and they actually arrived well packed the next day, good service.

I bought these little brass things that act as stoppers on ink cartridges. . . they are great, what a super idea and they are crafted beautifully. Now I can change ink cartridge colours as often as I like without worry of spilling any.
Thank you!
Great little invention.

This was a repeat order for pens that had been selected for me as a birthday present but had to replaced due to running out.
Very pleased with the easy writing and quick delivery.

ordered a leuchtturm1917 a6 hardback journal off them- came in the post really quickly (postage was a fair price) and the site was really easy to use
