The Hamilton Pen Company Avis

Great service. Prompt and well packaged. Highly recommend.

I am disappointed in myself for not responding quickly enough to HPC's offer of amending an order I had placed.

The brass international ink cartridge caps arrived in a short period and well packaged.

These caps come in very handy when using fountain pen ink cartridges (Intl) and do not have a need to finish the ink, yet do not want to waste the ink.

I can say that these are another grand tool in the fountain pen/ink world.

I highly recommend these caps and this seller.

Great website, pen was shipped very quickly and arrived early. Will definitely be using Hamilton in the future.

Hamilton was one of the retailers who had stock of original Cross ballpoint refill at good price. Easy to order and quick delivery.

I have ordered several times from Hamilton Pens and the products always arrive very quickly and in excellent condition.

Prompt and accurate delivery. Recommended.

Items came within a couple of days. I would happily use The Hamilton Pen Company again. Thanks for the fantastic service

Ordered 2 x Shaeffer 'K' refills. Arrived within the stated delivery time. Original packaging and work fine. No issues with delivery or items.

Fantastic company.great range of pens, tefilllse, snd inks. I know i wont need another shop for anything writing related for as as they are around!

Good shop always happy, good customer service, good choice of products.

Exactly what I ordered, arrived the next day !! Really happy with the price and service. Thank you

I bought the Roundabout refillable ballpen by Ferris Wheel Press from The Hamilton Pen Company. I am very pleased with it. It was dispatched in good time, arrived soon after, and was well packaged. The pen is straightforward to use, just like a fountain pen to fill. I am slightly dissapointed that it doesn't roll like a ballpen and I can't control the flow of ink very well (I bought it for drawing). It works more like a gel pen where the flow of ink is a constant, along with the thickness of the mark. I am using waterproof sketch ink by Rohrer & Klinger, called Lotte, which I very much like in my fountain pen. It is nice to be able to use it in this Rollerball. It is lovely to write with and a lot easier than a fountain pen to use, but doesn't meet my needs for drawing/sketching. It is nice to have a refillable ink pen that writes fast though and this is why I have relegated it to my chief note-taking scribe.

I'm very happy with my purchases ( Blackwing pencils and accessories) from the Hamilton Pen Company. Excellent products at a good price and prompt delivery.

A great selection of products at competitive prices. The website is easy to navigate. My order was packed well and despatched quickly. Great service, thank you.

Really woeful customer service from Nigel. They sent me the wrong item and insisted that I needed to return it at my cost and then they'd refund me. No apology, just a rather rude response. Won't use again.

Hamilton Pen delivered a trouble-free purchase promptly, and all the items were as ordered.

Store for the best shopping experience!
Very fast shipping despite the Corona disaster.
Great that they keep valuable fountain pens in their inventory!
