The Hamilton Pen Company Avis

Lovely products and exceptional customer service

Excellent speedy delivery of my order. Great customer service online from browsing to the completion of my order. Thank you Hamilton Pen Company. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful Printmaker's Teal Fine nib Brush Fountain Pen from Ferris Wheel Press. Writes like flowing silk.

Last month (May, 2021) I purchased a Kaweco Dia II fountain pen; long sought after, & finally realised. Not an expensive writing instrument, I'd sourced the internet for the best price, & was not found wonting with the Hamilton Pen Co. As with all my scribes, I look for build quality, reliability, & superlative customer service - Hamilton's delivered on all of the above; in fact, I was so pleasantly surprised, I purchased a second (identical) model for my long-time friend, Kate, in Dublin. I rang the company - to ascertain as to whether they would ship to the ROI - & of course, they did, advising me on import duty & a delivery window for same. Kate duly received her pen within days, & was delighted by the surprise gift - two people, wholly satisfied by such superb sales advice, with no preamble, fuss, or added cost to myself. This, ladies & gentlemen, is how you do business !! I am more than pleased by Hamilton's work ethic & delivery to their client base, & inexorably, shall place subsequent orders for other pen related paraphernalia. Thoroughly recommended - & especially in these unprecedented times - Thank you very much/

fast delivery of requested product, at a price that was far cheaper than a competing site.

This was my first time ordering from The Hamilton Pen Company arrived fairly quickly (I live in California) and earlier that I expected. I was pleased with the purchase. I love TWSBI pens because they are easy to fill and the amount of ink they hold is amazing.
