Slightly disappointing content!
I was a little disappointed with the amount of content. But my daughter was delighted with the presentation. The typed message could have been bigger and in cursive or better presented. The delivery arrived as stated and the driver was friendly and neat and tidy in a nice vehicle! Thank you xx

Mother’s Day package not delivered …
Ordered hamper for my daughter for Mother Day on March 11. Spoke to my daughter on Mother’s Day March 15 at 9 PM, package had not been delivered.
It is supposed to be delivered today - one day late. I paid 15 pounds for shipping. Disappointed in the service, cannot say about product not yet arrived.

Thank you for your email and I am so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately deliveries to Northern Ireland can take an extra 1-2 working days to arrive - this should have been communicated to you during checkout, and I sincerely apolgise if this wasn’t made clear enough.
I have since tracked your parcel and am happy to report this was successfully delivered on Monday.
