World Best tool Breathwork for happyness & Deep Sleep and
I have joined the course in month of December-2025. Before I join this course "Sleep like baby,I stay irritated and no clarity the work I perform ,even work kept non productive and that leads to tiredness and regrets only.
My sleep was downward turn in 2025 and lastly only 4 hrs. Inspite of psychic medicine. and one of them is lorazepam md 2mg x2 tab and other 4 types medicines to psychic issues.
Basic tool breathwork is very much effective to stay in state of calmness during whole day that inturn to be Happy &productive day.
Become aware how the many factors influences the normal to deep sleep thence make efforts that monitor them optimum.
Here I heartfelt that when I wait to get in to sleep or to have fear whether it would or wount certainly It will not be get in to sleep. Hence this unnecessary bad emotions thaat inturn increase cortisol level and thus leads alertness during day and further influences night sleep.and thus a vicious cycles goes on das-months and years which has very huge damaging effect to body's other organs e.g. I Got diabetes soon after my sleep issues within 2-+3 years.
Excercise,sunlight and yoga I never thought play role to get in to sleep that I start to follow inturn overall health is going to improve.
Overall, I am calm and sleep has to come that type confidence is created. Since month of mach I took lorazepam in half dose and since April I took tab. Venexa x2 per day instead of 3 tablet/day. when I realized that I can live without these medicines I feel moment was extremely happy .This happiness was of freedom from routin medicine since last 30yrs.This is achivement of me through mind-body learning method a technique, way in which being taught highly appreciated. I pray the God bless him &his family ever with lots of gratitudes.

Dear Amol,
Thank you for the two wonderful sessions — one yesterday evening and the second today morning. I wanted to share some reflections and key takeaways.
My own journey towards strengthening my sleep system started nearly 12 years ago, when I went through a midlife crisis phase. My sleep became disturbed, cortisol levels increased, and my overall sense of well-being was affected. Initially, I used some medication prescribed by my doctor for about three to four months, but thereafter I decided to work on myself more deeply. With the support of a coach and through personal study and experimentation, I began understanding the sleep system in a much more holistic way and took corrective actions that have supported me over all these years. I still go through occasional phases where sleep gets disturbed, but broadly I have been able to maintain a healthy rhythm.
Over time, I incorporated practices like sunlight bathing, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Anulom Vilom, and similar routines into my daily life. In addition, sattvic food habits, abstinence from liquor, limited intake of tea/coffee and heavy snacks, along with disciplined sleep hygiene, have helped me significantly in improving my sleep cycles. I take very limited supplements, mostly while travelling. I also try to have an early dinner by around 7:30 PM and sleep by 9:30 PM. Most days, this system enables me to have good quality sleep.
Over the years, I have also consciously created what I call my “happy hours” — one hour with singing and music, one hour with my breath through breathwork and silence, one hour with my Guru through reflection and spiritual learning, and one hour with myself through Simran and meditation. I have found these deeply nourishing for emotional balance and inner calm.
The biggest takeaway from yesterday’s session for me was the Jungle Walk meditation and the beautiful guided script to be used while sleeping. I found it deeply calming and effective. I also really liked the four healing affirmations: “Please forgive me, I’m sorry, Thank you, I love you.” They carry tremendous emotional depth and simplicity.
Another important insight was your explanation of why we struggle with sleep — how melatonin reduces under stress while cortisol increases, disrupting the natural sleep cycle. I thought you explained this beautifully and very scientifically. The connection you made between stress reduction and release of “happy hormones” through breathwork, seva, movement, sunlight exposure, gratitude, and emotional well-being was very powerful.
Today morning’s “Flow of Joy” session was equally meaningful. I particularly liked how you began by encouraging gratitude for everything we already have — our body, breath, family, home, abilities, achievements, and life itself. The idea of celebrating our unique gifts from the universe was beautifully expressed.
I also found the visualisation practices extremely impactful — connecting with the universe through breath, allowing positive energy to flow through the body, surrendering the mind, expressing gratitude in advance, and visualising our best self. The imagery of sleeping like a baby through the night with deep, uninterrupted sleep was especially powerful.
Your explanation of the “volcanic eruption” of happy hormones through emotional and energetic alignment was another major takeaway for me. These are simple yet very transformative practices.
Thank you once again for the sessions. I genuinely enjoyed them and look forward to exploring how I can support and amplify your work within my own circles and networks. Happy to collaborate in any way possible.

I joined Sleepify few weeks back and my sleep has improved a lot. For so many years I had sleepless nights, there were times when I couldn't sleep for the whole night, but since I joined Sleepify, my sleep cycles changed and became better. I now wake up early in the morning which I was not able to since so many years and able to sleep peacefully in the night now.
Not just this, my perspective towards life has become more positive than before since I have joined this community.
The practices taught by Amol and Shruti are really amazing, they just not only help in sleep cycles but also to be more Happy in life.

I came across Happiness Gurukul through Instagram. I had been struggling due to poor sleep and anxiety. Initially I was hesitant to join a program that I came across online. But I joined their 3 hour workshop to see how it goes. Their approach seemed promising to me and I got some faith. So I joined their Sleepify Ultra Program.
And I started to feel better within a week. This program gave me hope, which I needed the most. This program is quite structured and designed very well. Amol and Shruti are amazing coaches.
They also educate you about different modern concepts regarding mental health so you are able to better understand the techniques they teach. I also got a very wholesome community in this program which very important for your healing journey.
Therefore, I would genuinely recommend anyone who is dealing with poor sleep and anxiety to put aside any skepticism or doubt and try this program with full faith. And I am sure you will get better here.

In just one month I realised drastic positive change in my health. I am practicing most of the techniques taught by them and feeling calmer than earlier.

i can give 10 rating . first day the very first day only i can able to sleep after attending your work shop mam. since 4 months i have been suffering .. i have taken pills tooo..even though they did not work on me . but the tips the way process you have taught is excellent mam. our brain has to know what is day n what is night . due to this busy life we are under blue lights whole day. every morning atleast give 20 mins time to see sun rise . and moon walk in the night .. along with these breathing excercises and yoga also helping me . slowly im coming out .. still on daily basis inhave to practice your tips without fail

Sleepify Program Experience
Iam Dr.M.Sravanthi Srinivas MBBS,MD(Biochemistry).My husband is a Neurosurgeon .We run a Super Speciality Hospital in our home town.
I have completed my MD (Biochemistry) course but l couldn’t clear my MD exam due to which l went into severe depression;and l have anxiety issues and l have been suffering from severe sleeplesness at night from past 10 years for which lam using amsulpride and clonazepam medication daily.
I came to know about Sleepify program through Facebook and l registered for the trail session and l consulted Amol sir through 1:1 meeting and l told that my present challenge is to get a good sleep and get rid of my antidepressant medication .By the first trail session itself my sleep got better and l enrolled in the sleepify program for 1 month.

⭐ Honest Review: Sleep Like a Baby Workshop by Shruti Maheshwari
I had a very disappointing experience with this workshop.
It feels like the entire session is mainly focused on selling their expensive master programs, not on genuinely helping participants. The marketing is extremely aggressive, and the workshop seems more like a funnel to push people into buying the next program.
I joined with a lot of excitement, expecting real solutions.
But except for some basic theoretical science and general suggestions that are easily available for free on the internet, there was nothing practical or valuable.
What upset me the most is the fake marketing narrative.
They promote “Sleep better for just ₹99,” but after paying for the workshop and even paying ₹199 more, I did not receive the recording, music, or PDF that they initially promised.
Later, they simply denied it and started pushing me to join their “new program” instead.
Overall, it felt like a scam-like experience.
More of a money-making strategy than a genuine sleep-help workshop.
Very money-minded, not customer-centric at all.
Totally disappointed. Would not recommend.
