What the hell have i just received!! Nothing like what is advertised and wasn't cheap either. I wouldn't of paid a fiver for what I've just received. ! Ordered the cross stitch book...BOOK! Received 5 A4 cross stitch size practise sheets folded in half!!!! Not book definately not what was advertised. Discusting!

My item took 8 weeks to arrive and is extremely poor quality....nothing like that advertised. Avoid at all costs as it was not cheap either.

The advertised price does not include VAT.
It caught me out.

Have to ask myself why I don’t read reviews before ordering. Ordered good 17/08/25 it’s now October and still not received. Can see it’s been in Manchester since 14/09/25. Contacted them several times asking for refund, all I get is wait a few more days.

Item has not arrived and the company will not refund. Do not buy!

Got travel hoodie ,,horrible, really thin ,small size and pockets are tiny in it ,,quality is crap ,,,,totally not what see in vidio ,do not buy

Absolutely awful company. They charge more than they originally stated, and do not deliver the product purchased. Please do not use.

Ordered a 32 G bra, was sent a "M" which when i looked at the size guide on the website corresponds to a 32C. The bra is obviously far too small.
The cost of sending this back to China ( it is not a UK or USA site) will be more than the original cost of the bra and the delivery postage so
obviously I will not be sending back. Total waste of nearly £20 , helpful advice from customer service was to give it to someone who it would fit !

Arrived after three weeks in sturdy packaging. Solid build quality and clever design seem durable enough for active pets. Reasonable price point, but quicker shipping options would greatly improve overall experience for buyers.

Mat holds up well against scratching and chewing, keeps pets comfortably cool, though improving padding would enhance comfort.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Charged more for the order than they should. Refused to cancel saying the order had been dispatched even though I had emailed within 60 seconds of ordering.

Works well keeping my pet comfortable; reasonably durable and effective for warmer weather, decent quality for price.

Awful. I ordered the two bras they show as being uplifting and supportive and they are not at all. They don't do anything and dont sit properly. I asked to return for a full refund they offered me £4 instead and then £6. They said that was there make. If I was to return them I'd have to send to China. Wasted £17.99

Do not order from this company, I ordered 3 items back at the start of December 2024 and still have not received my items. I have sent numourus mails on were my purchases are with replies of to be patient, I have requested them to refund due to them not being able to deliver and they have refused to do so,

Purchased two indestructible bears from them.. After just 20 minutes of play the stuffing was coming out. We have 2 vizsla puppies and they are not big cheers. Just be aware

Please stay away from this company,I Ordered two pair of buckeless belts, when they came there was just two both different sizes, when I complained they told me to give them to someone who they will fit.

The worst delivery service ever, item left USA 13th June apparently arrived in Edinburgh 11th July, I have been updated and the item was apparently in china, I am still awaiting this item to arrive there communication service is appalling. The item has just arrived not the original item from American it’s a cheap fake from china awaiting a refund.item ordered was a stitchy gadget for stitching clothes.

Ordered various clothing having been given the impression they were from Cotton traders. They literally copied items for sale from the official site, there guarantees and return policy. I was duped into believing I was on the official cotton traders site.They've robbed me of £42.54p. Money I can ill afford.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FRON THIS COMPANY ,I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO BUY WITHOUT GOOGLING THE COMPANY FIRST THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU DONT GET THE GOODS

It took 5-6 weeks to arrive. I emailed them 3times but got no response! The dragon was MUCH smaller than shown in the ad. It was supposed to be sale £9.99 but with vat? I was charged £16.06 it’s cheap it’s barely 7inches long and I’ve been cheated! Rubbish 😡
