Do not buy anything from this company - it is cheap rubbish that bears no resemblance to the photos / videos on their social media platforms. When the order confirmation came through they had over-charged me by £2. Alarm bells rang so i tried to cancel the order. The customer service experience is appalling. They did refund the £2 but did not cancel my order. It says ‘UK’ in the company name but the order came from the US and took about 2 weeks. It’s such bad quality, it went straight in the bin - I couldnt be bothered with the hassle of trying to engage with customer service again

SCAMMERS! Do not buy. Wasted £15 on a pair of reading glasses that have just plain plastic in them. They offered me £2 Pathetic.

i’d give it 0. Scam company. Ordered reading glasses over two months ago. Never received them. No customer service and no phone number. There area lot of these scam sites on Facebook. Beware. LookonTrust Pilot first.

Ordered a dress. Two months later still waiting. Tracking said it arrived in Oxford on 28th February but nothing since. Customer service is useless.

Paid for a product. Two months down the line... Nothing! Nada! No further business or referrals from me.

What a rip off, wish I had read reviews before ordering.

The company did keep me updated about tracking the order. I didnt realise it was not in this country. I ordered some artificial flowers, they looked lovely on the advert but I was very dissatisfied they were just two cheap sprays. I could have got better from the market where I live.

Oh how I wished I'd seen these reviews on trust pilot before ordering my reading glasses. One month on and not got them yet. Sent an email which they responded to giving me a new tracking number. No apology, no explanation, no UK courier details. My last tracking update was a Lincoln postcode which someone here on trust pilot reviews has also quoted. Definately a scam going on. I think I paid via PayPal, so I'm going to involve them and see if we can shut this scam company down.
Please if you read this BEFORE you buy, DON'T BUY. As consumers we can shut down these immoral and disgraceful businesses by NOT buying from them.

Glasses arrived but flimsy and cheap looking, I ordered +250 lenses but I can’t see through them, I’ve requested a refund but they have refused DO NOT BUY THESE GLASSES

Ordered a pair of glasses in December,
tracking states they arrived in UK and that's it. Have tried contacting them for refund and surprise surprise…….they just keep fobbing me off. NO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered item in early Oct 23 and still have not received anything at the end of January. As so many other reviews say, this is a scam and totally fraudulent. Please do NOT order from them.

I purchase a bag for £12.99 that qualified for free shipping, I was charged 0.39p shipping insurance and £2.99 shipping. I was also given a further 8% discount. The order summary says I was to pay £15.99. But the robbing fits took £18.40 from my bank. Admittedly it’s not a lot but if they do this to everyone……..if I hadn’t had the 8% discount it would still be £16.37 even though I never asked for the insurance to be added. So even taking into account the price the discount taking me below free postage etc….ive still be charged more than what I should! Daylight robbery

I ordered glasses they looked lovely but when they arrived they were the wrong ones. They were also blurry to see through. They are no good for me and looking at other comments I don’t think I am able to return them without paying high postage. It is a shame because I waited weeks for them and now they are no good. Could someone advise me about getting my money back pleasep

Placed an order and paid for product in early November last year still not delivered, a proper Scam company, do not get involved with Unhappy-Zone UK.😡😡😡

It took 3 and a half months for order of shoes to arrive . Ordered size 5.5 and got send size 7. Waste of time ordering from this company 😩

I purchased these glasses online using the guidelines set out in advert. I'm over 65 so ordered the glasses they recommended for my age. Unfortunately I can't see through the glasses so total waste of money. If you need reading glasses check whay strength you need using chart online as they won't accept returns.

Never got order and no refund

Half expected to come on here and do a 1-star review after reading the others AFTER I’d ordered some reading glasses, but no, I got what I ordered, they’re the strength I ordered and design and I’m really pleased with them! Only given 4-stars because they took ages to arrive, they seemed to do a tour of the US for 2 weeks before being shipped to the UK but once I had the update they were on their way to the UK they arrived 2 days’ later (in Royal Mail packaging from Coalville) so not really sure where they came from but I got them!
