Bought 2 sets of towels having read the…

Bought 2 sets of towels having read the description which stated ….Made from 100% combed 600gsm cotton, our chatsworth towels are extremely soft to the touch and super absorbent. The thick, lofty pile also ensure they're durable and will last for you for years.
What I received was thin and rough towels. I contacted the company who asked me to email them, I did was told to return them at my own expense. I emailed them again 4 days ago but they have not responded. Not a company to do business with

I bought 2x the same duvet cover for my boys, they looked lovely on website. When they came they are Purple colour, when this happens you SHOULD NOT pay for the return.. as these were not what I ordered.. so when your buying from this site be very careful as you won’t get what you see. In this case this should be a free return as it’s false information on their site

Sent them an email and message on their so called chat on the website regarding a damaged pillowcase i received. They say they get back to you within 24 hours. Thats a lie. Ive heard nothing and its been almost 2 weeks. I do not recommend this company at all.

Impossible to return a product

Still waiting for my return request to be processed from June.
They wont speak to you over the phone, the chat only allows you to lodge a complaint that a return has not been processed. Each time they say someone will get back to me and then they don't.
Utterly unprofessional.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Brilliant quality for the price

I stumbled across Happy Home Shop when I was looking to refresh my bedroom on a budget and I'm so glad I did. Ordered a duvet set and a couple of towels, and the quality blew me away.

The bedding is soft straight out of the packaging and after a couple of washes it's even better. The colours are vibrant and haven't faded at all. The fitted sheet actually fits properly too which sounds basic but you know how rare that is!

Delivery was quick and well packaged. I've since gone back and ordered a bundle deal which worked out great value.

My bathroom feels like a little spa now. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants stylish, cosy home essentials without spending a fortune.

Wrong item sent

Wrong item sent and when I requested return/refund it said I had to pay postage. I've sent 4 emails advising that as it was their error return postage should be free. I've had no response to these emails nor have I received a return label

Bought several king size duvets and what a disappointment …

Bought several king size duvets thinking if they're reduced from £30+ each that should be quality... How very wrong one duvet as soon as washed and dried it the seams came undone, reached out to the company they said they would replace it and send a new one out to me so we shall see.
Having washed and dried the rest of the duvet cover sets the quality is very poor and seams are very poorly sewn.
There's no way the duvet sets were ever worth £30+ each.
You get better quality from the supermarkets these days.
