Best bike and customer service experience

Best electric bike and dirtbike company out there by far !!!!! I’m so happy I went with this company over every other brand. Happyrunsports is soooo much better than any other brand out there even better then siron brand bikes !!! I can’t say enough about the ppl that work happyrun too !!! From the manager to the HR team, by far the best decision I ever made when getting an electric bike. I first heard of happyrun sports thru a kid at my work who said he had wished he went thru this company when he bought his bike. I took a chance on happy run and my god did I make the right decision !!!! I bought the tank G300 pro electric dirtbike ( orange color ) when I got it ,
it must’ve taken a bump or something in transit cuz the display module was not working properly. I emailed the company from there website and no more then a few days later I heard from them directly and they made it right by sending me a new display free of charge !!!! They have been nothing but pros the entire time and when ur in with happyrun ur in for life and that might sound corny as hell, but it’s the truth,

I am very disappointed with our purchase of the G70 bike and the horrible customer service.

I am very disappointed with my experience with the G70 electric bike. My husband and I along with my 15 year old all contributed to this $1,400 bike for my son's birthday in late July. After spending hours assembling it, it didn't work. I called customer service and they said they would send a replacement part that was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. Instead it took over two weeks.
When the part finally came, we had to completely disassemble the bike and cut zip ties throughout the bike to loosen the wires and install the new piece. We spent hours trying to put everything back together, with no instructions provided, and we still couldn't get the wires back properly and neatly. Even after putting back together, it was (and still is) messy and not what it should look like after spending that much money. This was beyond frustrating.

To make matters worse, I wrote to the manufacturer five different times. On the third attempt, they asked me to send pictures, which I did, and they said they'd get back to me - but they never did. I followed up twice more and still received no response.
This entire process meant it took over a month before we could even use the bike. Between the poor product quality and the horrible customer service, I would not buy for this company again nor recommend them to others.

Buyer, beware.
Some people get a bike that works to get to keep your money., some people don't.They'r e not gonna respond to you.They're not gonna give you your money back.They're not going to take any responsibility. It.
Is a place that just take money and run?There is no after-sales conversation It.

Gambling at a casino alike and house takes all. And happy runs is definitely the house.Unless you have a very strong credit card company. That's back and you up and believe me happy runs will tell them all kinds of lies to keep your money they're not going to call you.
They're going to ignore you.
They truly need to be sued and shut down it lets you get money to burn and just don't mind giving money away.I suggest you stay away from this place

Go Somewhere Else

I worked in the lumber industry for close to a decade. From warehouse, yard foreman, dispatch, to front counter. I’m very familiar with customer service. If a window/door order or a lumber pack was wrong or messed up our people knew about it and rectified the situation ( a lot of the time same day) ASAP. My yellow G100pro came jacked! Trying to get my money back or another bike has been a slow uncaring miserable two months and still no bike. Finally got a bike on its way but not the one I fell for. Yellow one is gonna put me back close to another month. Settling for the black one just to be done with this place. Can’t reach anyone and they made it feel like it’s my fault they sent trash with no care to make up for the whole headache. Someone doesn’t give a damn about customer service and satisfaction. And have had my $3000 like I’m just rich enough to not care. I hate that I liked this bike and came to this company. It may just be me reading wrong but I’m pretty sure it says the bike comes with rack for bike box when you buy the bike. Not so. Now going into month Four I have two incomplete bikes (that they mis-shipped, but don’t tell them that! “OH NO THEY COULDN’T HAVE POSSIBLY!!! Now my parts are being held ransom till I fix their screw up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

G70 BIKE ARRIVED WITH A BROKEN BATTERY CONVERTER SWITCH. REPORT IT TO HAPPYRUN.. DIRECTLY AND THROUGH AMAZON 3 WEEKS AGO. STILL THEY HAVENT FIX IT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.NEVER. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AVAILABLE HOW CONVENIENT!!! I GUESS THEY DONT WANT TO HEAR THE CUSTOMERS YELLING AT THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. U CAN ONLY REACH THEM VIA EMAIL.. WHICH COULD TAKES THEM SEVERAL DAYS TO GET BACK TO YOU.. THEN THEY WANT U TO MAKE A VIDEO ON YOUTUBE TO SHOW THEM MY BIKE ISSUE!!! OUTRAGEOUS.. THIS TOOK ALREADY 3 WEEKS.. AND THIS BIKE IS BRAND NEW STILL WITHIN WARRANTY!!!!.. THEN THEY OFFER TO SEND THE PART..CAN U BELIEVE THEY TOLD ME TO DO THE WORK ....TO INSTALL THE BATTERY CONVERTER!!!!!!!!!! WHY SHOULD I DO THE WORK... ???? U SEND ME A DEFECTIVE PART!!!!.. NOW THEY TELLING ME THE PART WONT ARRIVE TO ME FOR ANOTHER 30 TO 45 DAY. !!!! THEY HAVE THE NERVES TO OFFER ME 50 BUCKS FOR ALL THIS TIME WASTED..21 DAY PLUS ANOTHER 30 TO 45 DAYS.. THEY SHOULD HAVE SENT ME ANOTHER BIKE FOR THIS SUPER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! terrible customer service

terrible customer service, trying to order a replacement part and they don't ever reply. Nothing universal fits so now I have a useless bike

I have had my G70 since July 10 waiting to Ride

I have had my G70 since July 10, 2025 and still cannot ride it. They do not answer their phone. I have left at least a dozen msg's. I have sent email, IM messages - everything I can think of. They respond in the middle of the night. Some of them are nice and some are rude. The good reviews on this site I think are fake. They make you send videos to prove everything and then they still do not send the parts. I am waiting for a Left pedal which was machined incorrectly. They sent me a USPS tracking number but it has never has actually been sent - they are "Checking" on it. One minute they say it is coming from the US warehouse and next from the overseas warehouse.... I cannot ride my bike without a pedal. Super frustrating. Customer service is lacking big time. I was super excited about this bike but now - customer care is ruining it.

I ordered my E-Bike on 4-27-25

I ordered my E-Bike on 4-27-25, and it arrived on 5-1-25, good delivery time. I could give Happyrun a 4 Star for the 2025 NEW HappyRun G70 2000W Dual Battery Fast Electric Cargo Bike. It runs great!

The 3 star is for the not so great customer support. I use the chat feature on HappyRuns website. I leave a message USA during the day and they will respond around 2 am my time, every time. So yes they are overseas.

Let me be clear, I Love the bike, the power, the distance. Able to ride in the bike lane and pass all bumper-to-bumper traffic. Thanks to dual batteries I can go a long way.

Con: The seat is not adjustable, so if you need to use pedal assist. You're too low. I am 5-10 and my knees are at the same level as the seat. Peddling up a steep climb is a total pain!! However, if you just use pedal assist on a normal level road, it is not as bad, yet it could still use an adjustable seat. The pedal assist works very well, and you really pick up speed fast! It can help you stretch out battery life.

Recap: Love the bike! Hate the pedal assist, and customer support is not that great.... Please read the One-Star Reviews to see what I mean.

Bullshit

I bought one of the bikes from them and while I was riding a piece of my ebike came off so I called to get it replaced. Its been 2 weeks no call back or any way to attempt to do right by me. Horrible customer service and a horrible product if things break that easy.

Non-Delivered E-Bike and Unresponsive Customer Service – Stay Away from HappyRun

Avoid HappyRun at all costs. I ordered an e-bike from their website, expecting delivery within the promised timeline. Some two months later and I have still not received the bike, nor have I been given any shipping updates. I attempted to contact HappyRun’s customer support multiple times via email and voicemail over several weeks, but despite my efforts, they completely ghosted me. This lack of communication left me with no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company, which fortunately issued a full refund after reviewing my case.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. Save your money and shop with a reputable retailer instead.

Do Not Purchase Happyrun G70 e-bike

This company is total crooks. I purchased a G70 for my son. They claim to have a 24 hour cancelation policy on order. I called numerous times to cancel. They wont answer there phones. I received one call back and the gentleman was rude and hung up on me. Now they wont send me the bike or refund my money. Also, the reviews on the Happyrunsports website are monitored. You cant leave a honest review.

Whole thing felt like a scam

Whole experience felt like a temu ad..... The bike came as advertised but already had both tire pop within less than a year and the customer service made me run loops for months just to receive items that were stated to be under warranty. After submitting request and getting 3rd parties involved they finally responded sayin what i requested was on the way but never came. 100% would rather walk 10,000 miles then go back to them for any "support". feel like a rip off a scam and i wish i didn't get the bike because id be better off without the run around........

Not off to a good start

Not off to a good start. I have not yet received my g300 because I recently ordered it. However I have been trying to get ahold of customer support for 4 days now with zero response. Multiple phone calls and multiple emails with no responce! I was so excited to finally pull the trigger and purchase this model but the lack of customer service has really soured this for me and I haven’t even gotten the bike yet.

This company sold me a defective…

This company sold me a defective product, which could have killed me, and has horrible customer service. After spending thousands of my hard-earned dollars, I received a bike with an extremely bent back rim. The rim was so bent and warped that the tire actually flops outside of it on both sides. The bike is fresh out of the box, so it arrived that way and there are no points of contact or chipped paint, so it could not have been done riding. When I reached out to customer service multiple times and received an email back days later, I was asked to send a video, which I did. The response was for me to slowly put air in the tire while holding it..... Are you freaking crazy, ride a motorized bike with a warped bent rim that wobbles and rubs, I'll kill myself or get extremely injured. Can you believe it. I reached out again and have not heard anything back. I told them to just replace the wheel or come get this thing, but this is ridiculous. I will keep you posted with a play by play broadcast of everything that happens from this point.
