Superb Service
Hi, my name is Michael Borg from Malta. I came for the first visit in June 2025 for the inplants and temporary denture. Than i came for the second visit in November 2025. They made all the neccessary x'rays and 3D scans, and they fix the proper denture. It was a superb service and experience. They try to do everything for me to have the happy smile. Now that i have my happy smile, i am very happy. Thanks goes to Dallal, Begum, the Implantologist, dentists and all the staff for my perfect smile. Hope to see you in 2 years time for check up. From the very first meeting I was reassured and made to feel at ease.. I had all on fours fitted by happy smiles.. through all the dental procedures needed i felt absolutely no pain .. the staff are all so lovely and do their very best to make each visit a comfortable experience. Happy Smile clinics İstanbul, is simply the most professional and caring dental clinic I’ve ever seen. From the dental events they hold in the UK where you go have a free consultation and they give you a full breakdown of treatment, all this is explained by their English staff whom are based in Manchester.
During the consultation we learned they offer a price guarantee, where the price they quote you is the price you pay…. Not a penny more. ( I fact I got a little back as I didn’t need a root canal they thought I would do).
The clinic is absolutely spotless along with their technology which out shines the usual rubbish we get in the UK.
Every aspect is taken care off, from flights, transportation from the airport to the hotel, daily WhatsApp’s with instructions on the following days treatment and timings, nothing is too much for the whole team.
Each day upon arrival you are welcomed by your patient coordinator who not only lets you know again the daily plan, they make sure you have a fresh tea or coffee or chilled drink with a few of their delicious chocolates. The waiting area is super chilled and never too busy, keeping the exclusive feel to your appointment, nobody likes a crazy waiting area. There’s a lovely terrace where you can sit and drink your Turkish coffee in the sunshine.
I have just completed my treatment with happy smiles and this is my view, there is nothing I’d like to change as everything was perfect. I’d happily recommend happy smile clinics to all my friends and family, as this is a family run business.
Oh I also nearly forgot to mention, I actually got a tour of their very own lab where all the teeth were being made, the team in there is simply WOW, I have picture watching my own teeth being worked on, that was really special thing to see.
Over all I wouldn’t ask to change anything with happy smile clinics, they are simply perfect.
Thank you to the whole team at happy smiles for not only giving me a wonderful smile but also my wife too. ( she’s doing her own review).
I highly recommend people who are thinking about Turkish dental to not look anywhere else and also go to one of the happy smile consultations around the UK, it’s so worth it and very professional. Honestly 10/10 ❤️
Edit- I’ve just been checking and it seems Happy Smiles are the only clinic to offer a price guarantee, this is so good and puts your mind at rest! So this is mine I can't fault happysmileclinics finished my dental treatment in Feb and when I noticed the composite filling had came off I thought the worst but the guys at happysmile promptly offered to pay for the treatment which is why I thought to leave a review
I was treated a member of parliament lol from the moment I landed in Istanbul 🙏
I have recommended this company to family because they have stood by their word and I'm greatful
At some point I am going for a shade or 2 down (of course I chose the shade in the first place)
I may not have wrote the best structured review but I am trying to show how mine is from me overall I can vouch for there professionalism 👍

We recently travelled all the way from Australia to get our teeth done at Happy Smiles clinic upon recommendation of family and friends. We did alot of research and went through alot of reviews, so travelling to another country to get teeth done was very stressful as we were afraid of all the risks and language barrier involved. Lucky the team from first contact that was made with them right through our visit at the clinic was very professional. They explained everything in detail and were very transparent. We did 2 visits first time for the implants and second time for the fitting of the teeth. No hidden costs and they were all honest and clear with all information. The hotel and airport transfers were complimentary and the hotel quality was very good - amazing staff at hotel without fault. Happy smiles exceeded our expectations as it was value for money and very high quality at the fraction of the costs to what we would have paid in Australia. They did not ever compromise on the clients safety and wellbeing and were very professional. Their clinic is so clean and modern with all state of the art technology. The staff especially the dentist are top class with attention to detail. Any issue during procedure was fixed instantly and they took the time to explain everything. A big thank you to Begüm who was in constant contact with us and looking after us during both our visits. She has been a superstar. She deserves a good salary raise on all the patience she had with us and her politeness with dealing with clients in general. She eased alot of the stress we had since this was new to us. We cannot highly recommend enough Happy Smiles! Thank you for giving us our beautiful smile!!!

Absolutely amazing service from start…
Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, I was really apprehensive and nervous about travelling from the uk to Istanbul by myself but after the first 5 minutes at happy smiles I was totally fine. Begüm looked after me for my whole trip and was amazing, she messaged on a daily basis and answered any questions 😃 the staff are all amazing and the clinic is absolutely pristine. Got picked up at the airport/clinic and dropped off at the hotel hassle free 👌 would highly recommend happy smiles clinic for anyone looking at dental work, ecstatic about my new smile 😁😁
