Right from the start the service was very good.
I dealt with Muhammad Usman who was quite personable and worked diligently to create me an Umrah package.
He was good in his communication and replied on any queries pretty much straight away.
There was no rush or pressure to purchase anything and once the itenerary was planned according to my needs it was quite straightforward to proceed and make bookings.

While on the trip, Usman was available for communication at all times.
Dec 25 was one of the busiest in the Haram and it was crowded but it was a good journey and overall planned well - everything was booked and on time.
Usman kept good communication before, during and after the journey and I would recommend using Haram Travel.

This was my first Umrah, and like anyone else, I was quite worried about choosing the right Umrah agency that would provide full support throughout the journey. After a lot of thought, I booked my complete Umrah package with Haram Travel, and Alhamdulillah, it turned out to be the best decision.

Brother Sami was extremely helpful from start to finish. He went back and forth multiple times to make sure we got the best possible Umrah deal according to our requirements. He arranged direct Saudi Airlines flights at a price similar to indirect flights, thanks to their special promotional fares directly from the airline.

For accommodation, I booked Swissotel Al Maqam with a Kaaba view, and Alhamdulillah, we received exactly what was promised — the view was absolutely breathtaking. In Madinah, we stayed at Mövenpick Hotel, which was very comfortable and conveniently located near Masjid-e-Nabawi.

The transportation services were also excellent. The vehicles were clean, well-maintained, and the drivers were very polite and professional.
