Well, I will be sincere and practical here, if you need peace of mind, with a hosting provider, trusted, reliable here in Nigeria - then HarmonWeb is the perfect choice. Their customer service is top-notch, they will guide you and help you resolve the issues every step of the way.

I started using HarmonWeb after seeing lots of positive reviews on Google what I didn’t know at the time is that many of those reviews were clearly paid or fake. My actual experience was the complete opposite of what those reviews said.

From the start, their customer support was extremely rude and unprofessional. Any time I asked simple questions or raised concerns about my hosting not the required subdomains that was allocated, I was met with arrogant replies.

Worse still, they have a shady practice of forcing customers to upgrade. Even if your usage is well within limits, they’ll claim you need to upgrade or face suspension. It's clearly a tactic to squeeze more money out me and i guess some users here on trustpilot are also saying the same thing.

If you're thinking about using HARMONWEB don't even try it. There are far better hosting providers out there with honest practices and real customer care. I regret ever trusting the fake hype around this scamming web host.

A honest advice to the CEO of HARMONWEB, i will be here to see how long you will last with this ugly practices of yours.

Worst Hosting in Nigeria – Don’t Fall for the Fake Reviews

Don’t be fooled by all the fake reviews you see here. They pay for those reviews just to promote their scammy hosting services.

When you join their platform, they don’t reveal the full limitations of your plan until after you’ve already finished building your site. That’s when the issues begin — they start exhausting your CPU and memory unnecessarily.

If you complain, they’ll simply tell you to upgrade to a higher plan. Meanwhile, a single WordPress blog with the same amount of resources works perfectly fine on other hosting providers. But once you move to HarmonWeb even with their medium plan not basic, you start experiencing CPU and memory issues. Then they ask you to upgrade or even hire a developer — just for a simple WordPress site with 30 blog posts? That’s criminal.

Worst of all is their rude, careless, and unqualified support team. They’ll tell you to do one thing and later deny ever saying it. Thank God for screenshots as proof.

Stay away from them. They are nothing but scammers.

Edited/Reply: You guys really know how to justify your shady hosting business. Take Namecheap for example. Their smallest plan can handle a small website with 30 blog posts, zero traffic, and still offer good speed and optimization. But the moment you try to move that same site to HarmonWeb, even on a plan like the Shared Classic which supposedly has more space, CPU, and RAM, they start playing games.

Suddenly, they’re telling you to upgrade or hire a developer to optimize a simple WordPress site. Why? Since I’ve been with Namecheap and even MaticsCloud, I’ve never once been warned about CPU or RAM issues. And both of them offer similar or even better specs on HarmonWeb as claimed in there website.

How can a site with zero traffic, very few plugins, a lightweight theme, and proper optimization suddenly be a problem only on HarmonWeb? It doesn’t make sense, unless they’re deliberately manipulating resources to force upgrades.

The worst part is, when you complain, they start talking nonsense like they’ve lost all sense of reason. Then they try to twist your honest review just to cover their tracks. That won’t work. They even pressure you to leave positive reviews after your first purchase, before the issues start. Once you're locked in, the real nightmare begins. And those glowing reviews? Most of them are likely paid for or manipulated to hide the truth.

God has exposed you guys. The scam won't last forever.

These guys are witches. They don't sleep at night. Message their live chat support at 2:00 am, they respond even before you finish typing your message!

As someone who has been a web designer for 7 years now, this is the BEST hosting company in Nigeria at the moment. Even though they have some flaws I encountered with their email service. They have Fast servers, fast customer support, and fast everything.

When I came here to leave my happy review and saw some bad reviews, I told myself, even God, people criticize Him.

I'm surprised someone said they don't respond to customer tickets. That's a fat lie! Except you are disturbing them to host a fraudulent site for you.

This guys has the worst hosting in Nigeria. They will never reply to your tickets. even if they did, they will not give any solution rather than giving excuses just back up there own failure.

Worst hosting platform. They will delete your site for no reason. Their platform is so slow. Small New site with zero traffic is getting 503 error with solution on resolving it.

At first, I was skeptical about using Harmonweb but, all my doubts were cleared with the type of assistance I got from their customer service Representative Michael, he was prompt and efficiently resolved the issues I had with my hosting.
