I really like this sweater because it feels soft and warm. I have been wearing it a lot with jeans, although the overall quality feels quite normal.

Sandals are easy to wear around the house and for quick errands. They feel comfortable and do not rub much, although the support is fairly average.

I have been wearing the trench coat quite often when I go out. It gives a smart look and feels comfortable for everyday use, although the finish could be a little better.

Sneakers work well for my daily walks and feel light on my feet. I can walk for longer without getting tired too quickly, although the comfort is not anything special.

I bought a cardigan for casual days and use it quite often. It is easy to throw over a top when it gets cool, although the material feels more basic than expected.

Boots have become part of my winter outfits. I wear them for work and errands, and they stay comfortable for a few hours, although my feet do feel a little tired later.

Terrible rubbish. Not at all like advertised. Only worth maybe AU$10 if that.

I wear my wool coat most mornings when the weather is cold. It keeps me warm without feeling too heavy and goes easily with my usual clothes, although the quality feels fairly standard.

Shocking product! False Advertising! Advertise 30 day returns! Say they are Sydney based but their warehouse is in China. Takes forever to arrive. The return cost is more than the goods. NOT true to size. Product is not what it looks like on website. I would Never Order from this site again just donated $200. NOT HAPPY!

I purchased a coat advertised as wool and shown as a high-quality camel-coloured coat. What I received was completely different in colour, material and quality. The material feels and looks like cheap synthetic fabric and does not resemble the wool coat advertised.

I requested a full refund, but the company offered only 20–30% if I kept the item. They required me to return it to China for a full refund.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. Please check independent reviews carefully before buying from this company.

Sold me a leather jacket that was on sale 139.95 down from 280.00. It arrives, it 100 per polyurethane (vinyl plastic) does not have the label anywhere on it that appears in the photo and after investigating it myself, found the exact jacket on shein for 65 dollars advertised for what it was, faux leather not leather. The seller has sent me a fraudulent tracking number that is still pending in au post app, even after the parcel has now been delivered with a different tracking number attached. The seller is dishonest, is dropshipping the items from Shein for sure and this is being reported to the relevant organisations, scam watch and evidence provided to my bank that this is a scam. Dont bother buying from here

The jacket I received looked nothing like the one advertised. The photos and description are completely misleading, and what arrived was cheap, poorly made, and nowhere near worth the money.
The biggest issue came when I tried to return it. The company gives the impression it’s based somewhere else, but when you request a return, you’re given an address in China that I could not verify and appeared to be invalid. It feels like the return process is deliberately designed to make refunds as difficult as possible.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. In my experience, the advertising was misleading, the customer service was unhelpful, and the return process was a nightmare. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere that stands behind its products.

Customer service was prompt and helpful at first. I bought a pair of boots that took a while to come. They didn’t fit, couldn’t do up the zipper. Requested a refund, it went on forever! They first offered me a 10% refund and keep the boots. Said no. Offered me 20% refund and keep the boots. Said no, want full refund. Had to pay >$30 postage to send boots back to Chinese address. Then was told they were stuck in Customs in China and wouldn’t be released until fees and charges were paid by me??? PayPal ended up getting me a full refund. Do not buy from this shonky company.

Don’t be mistaken for Harper Boutique & Co, the store I’m reviewing is based in Hong Kong, they are misleading to the point that they state they’re head office is in Amsterdam, I made the mistake of trusting the locations and after making my purchase and waiting longer than it would generally take to receive parcels from Sydney to Victoria, I became suspicious. There are no physical stores either in Sydney NSW, or Amsterdam, the phone number attached isn’t in operation and when you ask via email about your item, they give you the same response every time. I was fooled by the website, it looks legitimate and reading the address details I was ok with the time my package would get to me, however, it’s about a month before you receive the item and once you do you will be utterly disappointed, the quality is a disgrace and the item is NOTHING like the advertised product. They steal other businesses photos of items and claim them as their own. Because of the misleading content I contacted my bank and the ACCC because it states that the site is a scam. Please always read reviews, check ABN numbers and always call if you can, scammers are getting way too good at what they're doing, by checking it saves a whole lot of stress.

The jumper that I received was not the same as the one in the advertisement! It was of a poorer quality than advertised! I was originally only offered 20% refund but they finally increased it to 30% and told me if I wanted the full amount I had to pay for its postage to the warehouse in China!

Styling this is effortless. It goes perfectly with jeans or chinos without needing to think too much about it. I like how it can look casual or slightly polished depending on how I wear it simple, flexible and comfortable.
