I was unsure about ordering a dress online as a gift but the satin one worked out really well. The fit looked flattering and she said it stayed comfortable the whole evening. That was enough for me.

I bought a pair of shoes online and have yet to receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. The only communication I have had since my purchase is an offer to receive 50% off my next order if I leave a good review. I have emailed twice in the last five days with no response. I tried calling their customer number, only to be referred back to their email. The only evidence I have of my purchase is the debit showing on my credit card. I caution all customers to be wary of this site. Their customer support has been nonexistent for me. I have been left with a feeling of being scammed and am simply out of pocket.

Now it seems I have to spend a fortune shipping them back to wherever they came from to get a refund. Not Happy . Do not buy from this place . It's a scam

Savannah ‘linen blend’ pants not as advertised - which they admitted. Packaging says polyester however no fabric or care label on garment. Shipped from China. Company has offered paltry $7 money back or full refund if we return by post with a warning that postage is expensive with returned parcels often lost or damaged in transit. Total scam.

Don't deliver
Ordered boots over a month ago. They use a cheap untrustworthy delivery service that don't have customer support and bad reviews. Won't refund because their incompetent delivery service chose not to deliver items i paid for.

Harperwears is a scammer
Harperwears is a scammer. Their page says their offices are in Melbourne and Norway with their contact number being a Victoria one! I called the number for a follow up and it transferred to an overseas pre-recorded message in a foreign language. I finally received the 3 pairs of shoes I had ordered all super low quality and strange sizes. Returned them to the warehouse they were sent from in Sydney but returned “not known at this address”! They told me to return them to China! After $80 postage fees, now they are not responding to my emails regarding the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HARPERWEARS!
