The tea was appreciated by my Mum and her friend and it arrived when I asked - I did change the delivery date and this was fine. Overall a really good service and product and I will be happy to use again.

The afternoon tea was delivered on the selected day, with everything excellently packed, keeping it all safe, and the packaging itself was lovely. The food was delicious.

Used them before,but this time I have my doubts Delivery courier couldn't deliver on a Saturday, so Mother's Day treat is delayed till a Tuesday, disappointed ! Awaits in anticipation belated Mothers Day.

Bought as a treat for my Mum the afternoon teabox really hit the spot for her and a friend who shared the tea with her. Delivered on time and much enjoyed. I was particularly grateful for a last minute change to the delivery date due to unforseen circumstances. It wasn't a problem for the Harriet Tearoom team and they were very helpful indeed. Lovely food, nicely presented, efficiently delivered

The worst afternoon tea iv ever had. Sandwiches and Scones were dry. The presentation was bland. And very expensive for what you get. Will not be returning.

I ordered afternoon tea for my Dad(84). He doesn’t live locally so this was the perfect treat. The service was first class, the person who delivered was considerate. The tea was lovely, good choice of sandwiches. Lovely scones and cream and jam. The whole experience was great.

Excellent service! Second time we have bought a gift afternoon tea from Harriets and both times the recipients were very pleased with the gift. Good selection and generous quantity of quality food sent out. Costs with delivery are also sensibly priced. Highly recommended.

I ordered a home delivery afternoon tea for two as a Christmas present for my mother after being sent one by my son and his fiancée for my birthday last year. They said they actually ate it in two parts because there was so much - they had the sandwiches and cakes for lunch and scones for tea! When I received mine we managed to eat it all at once! My parents enjoyed it, as did I when I received mine. It was packaged well and everything was fresh and of good quality.

I bought the afternoon tea for one as part of my mother-in-law’s Christmas present. She was so pleased with it and said it was wrapped so nicely it was a shame to open it. As far as I’m aware she loved all of it and would certainly book afternoon tea from Harriet’s as a present for someone.

The cakes, scones and tea were really good but, on this occasion (the festive version) the sandwiches were rather disappointing.

Loved the afternoon teas - these were organised as gifts for my team. All of the team members were very impressed and I am grateful for the care that went into preparing the vegan afternoon tea. Unfortunately, one of the afternoon teas arrived at 4pm, after our online festive social! This is the only reason I am giving 4 stars, everything else was perfect. Many thanks.

I ordered several festive afternoon tea boxes using the national delivery service, and everyone was impressed with the packaging, and the way the box was laid out inside. I will use the service again, and it's well worth the money - recipients will be impressed and think you spent more than you did!

Unfortunately today (15 40) I am still waiting for delivery and haven’t had an update on the status….. I guess not much chance of afternoon tea today 😞
