The food was beautifully packaged, arrived on time and was delicious, thank you.

Ordered afternoon tea for a virtual baby shower. On time delivery to 7 different addresses and perfect for the celebration. Good selection of small sandwiches, small cakes and two full sized scones, jam and clotted cream. Lovely loose leaf tea as well (had to dig out the tea pot!).
The only thing I would say is that I decided to set up an online account and the password security is one of the most stringent I’ve come across! Not sure anyone would ever remember any password they ended up having to use!

Excellent! Ordered Afternoon Tea at home for my Aunt and Uncle's Anniversary. My Aunt has a few allergies but Harriet's were able to cater for them.
The food was packaged so well and looked so lovely it proved to be a great present and very much appreciated.

Had an afternoon tea delivered for four. Unfortunately, one of the water packs leaked all over the food in transit so some of the food was a bit soggy. I did inform their customer service but didn't get much of a reply or an apology. Despite this, the afternoon tea did taste very lovely and we were able to enjoy it anyway. I'm sure if it arrived dry it would have been perfect!

Afternoon Tea ..... Without the Tea :(

I ordered 3 afternoon tea boxes, tea leaves and macarons for our aniversary today. Only part of the order arived yesterday and as yet no tea or macarons delivered. Not acceptable. I dont mind paying the price for this food as it is quality, but i do have an issue when what i bought doesnt arrive in time for the party as it were. My wife currently at tesco's sourcing tea

Excellent gift of afternoon tea.my 2 friends were thrilled ( it was a surprise).they couldnt fault any of the food saying it was all delicious.they were very impressed with the packaging as well Thankyou.

I brought this as a Birthday gift for my Aunt as I always buy her flowers and wanted to get her something different needless to say it was a huge success and she was so please. Delivery was excellent and arrived in perfect time. She said all the boxes the cakes etc turned up in were perfectly packed. I would highly recommend these guys for a surprise gift.....

I ordered an afternoon tea for my wife's birthday.

The service was fantastic - they called to confirm that I did only want 1 gluten free selection, as it was part of a multiple order.

The sandwiches excellent. The scones and cakes were great and we are still drinking the tea!

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I didn’t really enjoy the items in the parcel. The packaging was lovely, but the food was just pretty basic unfortunately. Pretty disappointing

Afternoon Tea was sent to a friend for his birthday and he and his wife were thrilled to receive it!!

Ordered as treat for my sister and brother in law for 25th Wedding anniversary. Easy to order and delivered on time looked delicious from the pictures sent to me. My sisters review was “that was amazing”.
