whenever i have dealings with harrisons…

whenever i have dealings with harrisons and it is usually an emergency (bits stopped working as they should). they always manage to sort it out. this is for older fitted equipment. many companies would say you need to buy new stuff. today they sorted hrough previous stuff id bought in past to confirm i had right parts for repairing shower. (sam) got back to me within the hour to solve the issue. they all seem to go the extra mile as standard. brilliant crew.

replacement part

had lost part of the fixing kit for my kitchen tap. contacted the sales team the part was identified and replacement sent as a gesture of goodwill, absolutely great customer care and service

I called due to having technical…

I called due to having technical problems with the scudo boiling water tap and got through to Emma. She took the time to understand my issue and gave me some solutions before advising she would get a member of the technical team that would call me back. Both the service I received from Emma and the technical advisor whose name I have forgotten unfortunately was exceptional. genuinely pleased as my issue was resolved over the phone. I would highly recommend this company to any of my customers. Keep up the great work!!!

Great Customer Service

I had some thermostatic valves damaged in transit. Callum in Customer Service addressed the problem and issued replacements immediately. Many thanks!

Great Customer Service

The delivery was missing a few items, however when I rang customer services, Callum was very helpful and solved the issue immediately. He also kept me updated by email.

Avoid at all costs

Every time we’ve had the displeasure of dealing with this company, there have been errors and absolutely no liability accepted on their end.

They recently supplied a product incorrectly — labelled as bronze, supplied in brass. The fitter didn’t know it was meant to be bronze, fitted it, and only then the customer realised the error. They then claimed that because it had been fitted, we had accepted it. What on earth is that logic? You supplied the wrong item — accept it and fix it.

We then had to foot the bill for a replacement profile and support arm.

You couldn’t pay me to supply this company ever again, and I’d encourage everyone to avoid them like the plague going forward.

Sam Taylor

Sam Taylor, Customer Service and Spares and Technical Advisor has single handedly, rebuilt my faith in the existence of good old fashioned service.

He not only went above and beyond my requests to identify the correct thermostatic cartridges, but sourced them within minutes and had them despatched immediately.

In 95% of cases, I get frustrated by the complete lack of accountability within companies when seeking advice or explanations to issues when buying products.

But Sam not only knows his business and products inside out, he knows how to deal with the public.

Fantastic service levels- congrats Sam.

Emma from Customer Services

Emma from Customer Services was absolutely fantastic at dealing with an issue with damaged goods by the courier which were delivered onsite to a builder I supply.

Emma organised replacement the same day I asked her. Changed the style of delivery to avoid the same problem happening again.

Kept me informed thoughout the whole process which took all the stress away.

Emma you are a star. Thanks for everything.

Callum was very patient and extremely helpful and professional in helping me to resolve a technical issue quickly and effectively. His manner was courteous and it was a pleasure to deal with him.

Excellent customer service

We had an issue with some taps and push waste plugs, from start to finish when I contacted Harrison Bathrooms and spoke to Callum the customer service was excellent & second to none, I also had contact with Sam & Daisy. Responses to my emails were timely and my whole issue was resolved quickly & very satisfactorily. I received replacement parts under the terms of the guarantee & Callum said they would arrive by next day delivery which they duly did....thank you! I would highly recommend Harrison Bathrooms. (Scudo) A good standard of customer service is rare to find these days but Harrison Bathrooms certainly provided it.
