Contacted Harrison Bathrooms regarding a dripping kitchen mixer tap. The Customer Services (Emma) was prompt and extremely helpful in offering to send a replacement cartridge.

We needed to order cartridges for our ten year old taps.

After a few communications with the company, our cartridges were dispatched.

Excellent service, would definitely recommend.

When I called Sam was very helpful and informative. The correct Cartridges are now on order and due in a few days. Thanks very much Sam.

I had great service from Sam today with clear communication. Although there will be a little wait for my replacement part my expectations have been confidently set👍

Sam in technical has been very helpful in resolving a drip from cartridge assembly.
New cartridge on the way , hopefully drip will stop.

Had a small issue with a mirror and it was quickly resolved by Harrison Bathrooms/ Scudo. Won’t hesitate to purchase Scudo items in the future.

We had an issue with our mirror but the company couldn’t have been more helpful. Emma responded right away and arranged a replacement with no hassle at all. Really impressed with their customer service!

Hot tap leaking from flex hose.
We had difficulty with our kitchen installer/ supplier not responding to us, so it was refreshing to get positive responses for the various customer support personnel who responded to our emails and after a short exchange they have agreed that a replacement tap will be dispatched .

Had a faulty boiler with my 4 in 1 tap and after speaking directly to Harrison’s they are sending me a new one. Their customer care is second to none, thank you!

I had an unfortunate experience with our toilet seat having only been fitted by ahm solutions a year ago. There had been a leakage of rust from the seat supports
After a little tooing and froing with ahm solutions your kind and efficient receptionist at Harrison bathrooms, Emma took hold of the reins and resolved the issue very quickly.
She had a caring and very proactive approach which produced results.

The service received from Harrison Bathrooms was excellent. We had a small issue with a Scudo filter and even though not purchased directly through Harrison they honoured their guarantee. Customer service where you can actually speak to someone and they deal with it is a big win for me.

Contacted Harrison bathrooms with a scudo bar mixer problem, with the help of Callum and Sam they sent me out free of charge spares to rectify the problem, I couldn't be any happier with the service they gave me and would highly recommend them and will definitely use again if I have any further issues.

I was needing replacement wheels for my shower,and because I was having trouble paying on my credit card a very helpful young lady called Emma, is sending them free of charge . I must add the shower unit was purchased from this company. Well done you…

I had a technical issue with one of the products and a chap named Callum was very helpful and managed to sort things out with little fuss. Cant fault that sort of service. Thank you Callum.

Spoke with Sam following loss of a grub screw on kitchen mixer tap. Sam was very customer focused, being efficient and kindly in sorting out and DHL'ing me a replacement.

Jess was very helpful with a problem I had with a shower enclosure door. Sent out a replacement part at no extra charge. Thank you

Got 2 showers both had identical bits broken neither showers feed the water properly and have clearly been sold faulty very poor won’t use again very disappointed and thise who sold in there behalf won’t sort them

2 year old shower stopped heating water properly. After couple of telephone calls and e mails thermostat cartridge was sent out and received the following day. Thank you.
