My parents had issues with the guarantee and the experience was absolutely amazing. Customers services and advisers were responsive every moment and dealt with the issue straight away.
It was not a big problem but old people need things done as they like it and thanks to these advisers everything got done on time.

I contacted Harrison Bathrooms because I couldn’t locate a fitting to a shower door/screen I’d purchased. Even though the purchase was several months ago Harrison replied to my email immediately, and arranged for the fitting to be sent out. Very relieved. Great service.

Got to say Callum did an amazing job today, he helped me out from start to finish with the fitted furniture range. Explained everything to me in such a way I could sell it to my customer with ease. Thank you Callum for the sale!

I have had their brass thermo shower. Great quality. That's obvious. My builder really liked it. Has been running for a year with no problems. Get the knurled option it’s very James Bond you’ll love it!

Excellent sales/ customer service , the spare parts department will go out of their way to find and supply you with the part youhave been searching for and all at a very reasonable cost , you just pay for the spare parts needed and no delivery charges which is rare in today’s purchasing on line .
