Needed some guidance on installation of a tap on the Scudo Linea 600 - super speedy response and just the answer I needed. Thanks to JessH and the team for their help with this.

I had a bathroom fitted earlier in the year but the basin mixer tap never worked properly - the flow of water was slow on cold and hot settings. I contacted Harrison’s and got an immediate reply that they would send out a new tap cartridge and details of fitting.
Communication was very good I cannot praise them highly enough.

Probably the best customer service I've experienced in many, many, years.
Following a call from me, they managed to trace and locate a mono tap cartridge for a discontinued model which they manufactured about 4 years ago.
Replacement delivered to my door within 48 hours by courier and at no charge! Amazing.
My wife and I are both quite elderly and without it we had no hot or cold running water in the kitchen.

Needed a replacement thermostat for my Scudo shower but had no details, stock Nos etc. Initial one sent( from photos of the shower) wasn’t correct ,however Callum chased down the right part from pics of the valve in place and sent out a replacement at no additional cost. Thanks also to Jess H.
New part now in place and working.

The silicon door upright seals had started split on my i6 Single door corner shower. Probably not helped by being studiously cleaned. I wrote an email to Harrisons with photos and a description of the seals and the problem with them. They replied very quickly saying that they would send the seals to me free of charge. They arrived two days later and fitted well. What a great result. JessH and staff could not have done a better job. A company well worth dealing with. Well Done.

Spoke with Emma on the phone and the WhatsApp service, she was very helpful and quick to respond. Replacement part ordered and hopefully my issue resolved.

Quick to help with getting a replacement for damage cabinet door.

An issue with a 4 year old dripping tap has been swiftly resolved with a spare part on its way without charge, thanks to both Christian at Tap Warehouse and Emma at Harrison Bathrooms. Excellent customer service!.

Needed a repalcement seal for a shower and was advised they woud send one out to us asap. Very Happy.

I needed a replacement end cap for a shower frame.
Sam responded very quickly to arrange delivery.
The shower door is also great, prompt fast delivery, well packaged. Installed and in use!

I had an issue with my toilet seat. Sam advised me to forward pics. The issue was resolved immediately. Great customer service.

Harrisons supplied kitchen mixer taps which proved faulty after a couple of years. My complaint was addressed promptly via email and WhatsApp and within 24 hours replacement parts on their way to me. Brilliant.
