Fantastic experience at Laughton Gate, mainly due to their sales executive Josh. Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Great asset to Harron Homes!

Laughton Gate....We moved in our new home the week before Christmas.
From our initial visit to the sales office and speaking with Josh who is friendly and knowledgeable the whole experience of purchasing our home was stress free, he kept us well informed at ever stage and was and still is on hand to answer any questions or queries we may have.
His calm, professional manner was reassuring throughout.
Our moving in handover/demo from Josh & Ian ( site manager) was friendly and informative.
It was also reassuring to know that moving so close to the Christmas break that there was the emergency contact in the event of any issues that may occur.
We have had a few snags that have been dealt with efficiently and smoothly, this is I feel through good communication between Josh & Ian who have coordinated and organised any issues to be resolved at a convenient time to us.

Simpson Park - My fiancé and I are currently in the final few weeks of our new build journey with Harron Homes at Simpson Park. The process from the start until now has been great, all because of the very helpful and informative sales person (Michelle) and her colleagues at Simpson Park. Michelle kept us updated throughout the entire process with pictures (wish we had more lol) and was happy for us to book time in to review progress for ourselves. We will now wait to see if the aftercare has been as outstanding as the whole process of purchasing.

I’ve had such a brilliant experience with the Laughton Gate development whilst looking for my first home. The site itself is lovely — well designed, welcoming, and clearly built with care.
A special mention has to go to Josh, who has been absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. He’s kept me well informed over the months and nothing has ever been too much trouble for him. He’s gone above and beyond to answer all my questions and has genuinely been amazing.

Currently going through purchase with Harron at Sandlands Park. Julie-Ann has been so helpful throughout the process ensuring we have a smooth and stress free purchase even getting involved with chasing multiple solicitors before exchange. I began my exciting new home journey with Harron Homes in Hucknall in June 2025. We moved in to our beautiful house in December. We have been very happy from the beginning with the helpful service from the sales office, particularly helping me make good choices for kitchen and flooring and the site managers for responding quickly and giving us a great home demonstration before we moved in. There were a few snags to sort but nothing major and I felt and still feel very well looked after. Harron homes were also good for the incentives they offered us compared to other local house companies . I fully recommend choosing them.

We are being extremely well looked after by Michelle every step of the way. It has made our whole experience feel very special. We've had three visits so far, whilst our home is being built, one of which was spent with the site manager, going through every room in detail. We hope to be moving in, in May 2026. Very excited. Would not hesitate to recommend Harron Homes.

Myself and my Hudband have reserved a house with Harron Homes today and I have to say it has been a great experience so far and we are so excited to move into our family home with our boys!

Just reserved a new home at Low Riddings. Dealt initially with Julie & lastly with Sylvia, both couldn’t be more helpful. Also very thorough, we’ve had experiences with other new developers who provided much less detail. Looking forward to getting on site.

Purchased a plot at Cressacre Green. Tasha in sales was patient and understanding when answering our queries during the build stage.

Martyn and the site team have been great since we moved in at the end of December. As with most new builds we had some snags but they have been quickly sorted and all the tradesman have been helpful when coming back to sort. Martyn the site manager has kept in regular contact to make sure we’re happy with the issues that needed resolving and has been incredibly helpful!

We moved into our new Harron home, a Nidderdale in December last year, and couldn’t be happier. The house is fantastic and the location is beautiful.

The whole team involved in the process have been professional, friendly and always willing to help.

Charlotte, the sales executive, at Shipley lakeside, has always been approachable, informative and genuinely friendly from start to finish. Regularly sending us photos and updates on our WhatsApp group.

Sue, one of the mortgage advisers, was also very professional and helpful to us, supporting us through the application process.

Ison Harrison, the solicitors recommended by Harron, guided us through the whole process including the part exchange of our old house, provided assistance and communicated regularly.

The site and assistant site managers, Richard and Jamie ,are always approachable and have been actively addressing the snagging issues we have.

Our neighbours are all friendly and there’s a lovely sense of community.

We would highly recommend to others buying a Harron home.

Fake the customer service team away from this problem as they have been great to deal with. But have been let down by poor contractors.

This is filling on from a review in November 2025. Where the render was still in resolved. Today the contractor came after being by ourselfs as home owners and the actual site management ‘it’s best you don’t return’ Returned and a second argument started after footage was questioned showing the contractor calling us. The home owners of an executive built house a number of expletives.

To say we’re shocked is wrong as unfortunately. We are not.

We have asked for a new contacted to be found but a reluctance of this not being possible due to the works needing to be resolved by the original contractor is simply poor.

Hugely disappointing. Belay will soon be building on the site and this where I will be directing any friends to view as I would feel un easy now recommending Harron Homes knowing the behaviours some contractors use.

Great site at Cressacre Green Martin the site manager and his team has been fantastic in trying to sort out the snagging.Thing’s are moving quickly now which is good he is easy to talk to and always replies to messages.

We've had our Harron Home for 5 years and have had a number of issues, however have usually sorted any minor issues ourselves. I have a corbel literally hanging off the front of my house which is obviously too big of an issue for us to take the hit on. One of Harrons builders knocked on my door on 10th December telling me to report it, and that it was incredibly dangerous, and could kill someone if it falls. I have chased Harron constantly for the last almost 2 months and still nobody has come out to sort it. If it falls on someone I hope Harron are held responsible for this. They keep saying they're waiting for the contractor to attend. As far as I'm concerned this is Harron's issue and they should take responsibility until its rectified. Quick to take your money but after that I'm afraid you're on your own

Great company would highly recommend.
