If I could give negative stars I would

If I could give negative stars I would. These shoes are not what they advertise. Go ahead and waste your money. My kids were dying laughing at the quality and how they looked on. I literally threw them in the garbage BEFORE embarrassing myself in public with that garbage on. Buyer be aware…like oceanfront property in Montana!!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this…

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this site that I need before an international trip. Their website states the shipping time is 4-6 business days, so I ordered based on that information to have the shoes on time before my trip. Order status has been stuck on “label created” for days. When I contacted customer support through the email listed on their site, I got no response despite repeated tries. Can’t get through on the phone either. Finally got through by sending a third message and then I’m told the order will be shipped within 8-12 days - and they refuse to cancel it now.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion and I do not recommend this site. Several other sites sell the same products, but because harrow Ellis wasted days before responding so I won’t be receiving anything in time for my trip even if I ordered elsewhere. Stay away is my advice.

Edit: for anyone reading, they asked me to reach out in the response seen here to make it seem as if they care - but they still don’t respond

Purchased a pair of heels for 74.95 and…

Purchased a pair of heels for 74.95 and received a pair that did not match the picture. It had brown straps in the picture and came with silver sparkle straps. Experienced extended bartering emails with the customer service rep telling me I can keep the item and would receive a store credit. I wanted to return for a refund and kept emailing her over several days and she would only offer store credit. I asked for return policy and she wouldn’t send it. Finally received a form and was told I could get a refund if I returned item to a China address (within 30 days from delivery) and by then it was too late.
