Absolutely fantastic, customer-focussed company. I have used Harry's carpets for over ten years to supply and fit carpets in my house. The service has been second to none. The carpet fitters were very polite and friendly. The company supplied high quality carpets and provided good and helpful advice. Highly recommended.

Two men arrived on time and fitted our new flooring in our bungalow. They were both really nice men very helpful and polite. They left about an hour ago after ringing my husband to say they were finished. Extremely pleased with the flooring, excellent service, I would highly recommend

Can't say enough good things about Neil. He made a special trip to our son's new house, measured the room, I picked out the carpet and it was installed within ten days. We are from out of town and only had one day to get this all done. There is a reason why they have five stars on yelp!

I walked in & said I need a carpet for a small family room...didn't want to spend tons...steered me towards the remnants...found the perfect carpet at an unbelievable.
Brian came out & measured two days later & carpet was installed shortly after.

Had my kitchen floor done over by Harry's Carpet One about a month ago the man that did the work did a great job, was very nice, so I'm enjoying my new floor and so far no problems.

Excellent, prompt service with attention to detail.

It took forever and it was my idea to order a box to see what the flooring looked like although the man was very nice. In the end I had him deliver just the flooring and I had someone else do the installation. In general I do like the store and would probably go there again. It was a tricky job.

Sign in store states Lee rugs guarantee pet resistance. I purchased 3 rugs. Yes you guessed it. Little pup got in the dining room during the holidays. I mentioned in the store that I was purchasing the Lee rugs because of the guarantee. The store never informed me that it is only covered if it is a wall to wall rug .I paid over $1000 for the rugs and picked them up myself. I returned to the store and expressed I was unhappy. They gave me the name of a rug cleaning company.

Customer service is excellent. Phil was so helpful and went over and above. I have owned my home for 30 years and my first floor in my outside entry hall lasted for 20+ so I'm hoping this will do the same.
