Harry's Carpet One Floor & Home Avis 39

I purchased some carpeting for my front porch floor about 6 months ago.There was a problem with the seams pulling up threads. They immediately came down and repaired it, but it didn't work. They came back and told me they are going to replace the whole carpet,but not until spring, so they will be sure to get good seams.

From Kathleen Dwyer who patiently helped me select carpets and colors; to Steve who politely helped me schedule and reschedule and reschedule the installation (due to problems with other contractors ); to the most efficient installers,working together as a synchronized team to remove/dispose old carpets, install new ones and even vacuumed their way out of the building. It was truly an excellent experience and I highly recommend this company.

We went in shopping for vinyl flooring, and found a good selection, as well as good customer service. We haven't made up our minds yet, but did buy a couple of carpet remnants at a good price that are very good quality.

During the renovation of our son's condo in Boston, some contractors tried to take advantage of our proximity! Harry's Carpet Store couldn't do the work in two day notice which I perfectly understand. Our friend's nephew went out of the way and installed the carpeting on the stairs with very little notice:)) They had to work extra hours in order to accommodate us! Harry's Capet Store treated us very well. Did all area rugs out of the remnants very nicely. Every single employee was nice and kind. Thank you.

Of the several floor companies we contacted, Harry's was the first to respond and the most reasonable. They had a tough job, having to remove 2 full layers of plywood from our kitchen floor and starting from scratch. We wanted sheet linoleum because the existing tile always seemed to be popping up. They suggested a wonderful product for color, endurance (this was for a rental unit) and price reasonableness. They came when scheduled, worked quickly and professionally and cleaned the space beautifully before they left. I would definitely ask for them again.

Harrys did all my carpeting years ago. They did a great job so when I needed to replace my carpet I went back to them. Kathleen came to my home and brought me samples. She was a delight.
