Loved the smoked haddock gratin, but last half dozen mouthfuls were dry, the second time I took 30 secs off cooking time, but still found it just didn’t have the moisture. Flavour fine!

The Roast Dinners are very salty

OK,delivery on time well packaged and good direction for cooking. Personally not keen on the wine used in some of the meals. Down to my personal taste, so for that let's it down for me.

Ordered by telephone and specifically asked whether all the meals were microwavable I was told they were. On delivery I found 4 of meals were oven cook. Due to disability I cannot use an oven. I telephoned the company and left a message and telephone no on the answering machine. I cannot afford to loose this money and was misled by your salesman. The food advertised on your website does not indicate a cooking method. Unless I receive an adequate response from you in five days I shall take my grievance to the Trading Standards Office

So far my experience with this company has been very positive.

It would help to say wether oven or microwave on the item when ordering , not as a surprise when getting ready to cook

My first order, I tried the moussaka which although tasty bore no resemblance to moussaka, the meat was ground so so fine it was mush, there were what appeared to be slicced potatoes which again just turned to mush, the aubergine what little there was of it (4 slices) was OK. I wouldn't recommend this dish at all. I am now dreading the 3 other meals I purchased.
