A great experience from start to finish! Professional & polite at all times.
Lovely quality item speedily delivered with plenty of updates about the progress of my order.
I have used my bathrobe already for my visit to the spa/swimming and it is perfect - I had someone compliment how nice it is.
My only problem now is that my partner has his eye on it, so I imagine I will be ordering another!

From ordering through to delivery a smooth process. We are just about to open a small B&B offering (having sold our much larger Guest House). We have used Hartdean towels for the last 15 years, nothing else comes close. They are just superb in terms of wear, speed of drying, touch, great absorption - we use them ourselves. The eco credentials are real - they save a fortune in drying costs and last years.

Late review as I just started using these towels. These towels are just amazing. Light weight, fluffy, dries quick and very good quality. They sent some extra samples of towels which was very thoughtful. Definitely going to order some more soon! Thank you!
