I cannot recommend Harvey Baker enough…
I cannot recommend Harvey Baker enough as a solicitor. Jonathan and his team were exceptional from start to finish on what ended up being an incredibly difficult purchase journey for us. We lost 2 houses to purchase, but the communication from the team was faultless in the entire process. Typically, solicitors can have a less than positive reputation, but I would use Harvey Baker again in a heart beat, and when we do eventually find out forever home we will be contacting Jonathan and his team again. The app they use is also really straight forward - it provides constant updates on where you are in the selling and purchase journey, what has been completed, what is left to come and also has a message section for easy communication back and forth. Thank you again to Jonathan and team - you helped to add no additional stress to an incredibly stressful situation for our family and I cannot thank you enough for that.

I had a great experience working with Helen and others at Harvey Baker on my recent property purchase. The app provided clarity about the steps involved in the conveyancing process and I found it very useful to track progress. The communication was professional and efficient. All my emails/queries were answered promptly which I appreciate a lot. As a first time buyer, I did get a little overwhelmed with all the information and legal terminology so be prepared to do your homework and ask the right questions if anything is unclear.

Professional, Efficient, and Reassuring Service.
We had a very positive experience with Harvey Baker Solicitors during the purchase of our first property in the UK. As first-time buyers, the process could have been overwhelming, but Sam and his team made everything clear and straightforward from start to finish.
They were professional, responsive, and patient, always taking the time to explain each step and keep us informed. We also found the Legal CM client portal extremely useful for tracking progress, uploading documents, and staying updated throughout the process.

Remortgage and conveyancing
I looked at reviews when choosing a solicitor to deal with a remortgage and house purchase and decided on Harvey Baker. My experience with them has been great. Both matters dealt with seamlessly. Communications via the online portal were easy and our solicitor dealt with everything promptly and professionally. Would recommend using them.
