The portal keeps you fully informed each step of the way, initially takes a little getting used to when navigating on your phone, easier on a computer (however that could just be my age 56!). Once I got the hang of it, really easy. No need for lengthy phone calls, just message on the portal and my solicitor and team responded really quickly.
I felt confident with my transaction and I would fully recommend Harvey Baker solicitors.

Havey baker solicitors where very easy to talk to and deal with, they acted very fast and efficiently, the matter I needed dealing with was very time sensitive and a very sensative issue, Cory and Natasha was very clear with their communication and updates were provided regularly, if i needed help or advise I would call and the team were very supportive and nothing was to much they were happy to take the time to speak with me and answer any queries i had, they really put my mind at ease

It was a new experience using a portal to sell and purchase my house through Harvey Baker and it was a little daunting not seeing a solicitor in traditional sense (face to face).
