Excellent Customer Service
We had a great experience purchasing our TV for our new home. Florin was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, taking the time to understand what we were looking for and guiding us through our options without any pressure. He made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them.

Ordered on line but collected in store. Bought s DJI camera and at a good price it was also in stock so I could collect it the same day. Got a message that it was ready for collection, no waiting when I got there.

Great Customer Service from Management.
Goran the Manager in The Drogheda branch was extremely helpful in fulfilling my order. There had been some miscommunication about the availability of the computer monitor I had found online but Goran went above and beyond to fix the mistake and I went home very happy and with a great product. Great commitment to Customer care and relationship. I would go out of my way to purchase products from the Drogheda branch based on the care I received even though this branch h is out of my way.

Milos - Super Guy
I noticed a great deal on laptops and impulsively I came across Milos, a very pleasant, enthusiastic and knowledgeable assistant. He listened very patiently to my queries and gave me the information I needed and more. I was not ready to purchase today but I certainly will be back in the next week to buy a new laptop with the help of Milos for my daughter. Well done.
