The delivery was two hours late. We could not contact the driver and had to make a number of calls to customer service to find out if the applicance was going to be delivered or not that day. It would make things a lot easier If the driver could ring people to let them know there is a delay. We were not Informed by Harvey Norman that it was a third party delivering our new appliance and that they do not take away any packaging, that also means that a packaged item has to be signed for without being able to inspect it to make sure it is the correct item or if there is any damage.

Delivery arrived within the time frame stated , they took away my old appliance. Very happy thank you

Delivery itself was seamless. Delivery time updates were prompt. The two lads were very professional bringing large bulky items into the house through hallway and into room without any marks on walls etc.

2 very nice gentlemen delivered at the promised time. They even took the plastic covering away with them. They were friendly and helpful

I just wanted to thank Niall in the kitchen appliances section for his superb customer service. We had a faulty freezer and he managed the whole replacement perfectly. It was agreed with the shop on purchasing the machine that you would be able to collect two old machines. Then when the driver called to let us know the time, again he said he could collect the two old machines. When they attived to deliver the new machine, collecting the 2 old machines was a big problem. They left my wife shaking. With the sight of her shaking from the interaction they took the 2 old machines. This surely could and should be avoided. Would seriously consider buying from HN again if this is to be expected.

I was accurately kept up to date about time of arrival. The installer did a great job & the old machine was efficiently removed by him & his helper. Everything went very smoothly.

Zanna was absolutely incredible. I have just undergone surgery on my spine and needed a new high support mattress.

We were only in the shop 5 minutes and she offered to help. She was so patient with us as I was on crutches. Zanna answered all of our questions and offered advice of the highest standard.

She was able to show us the mattress that suited our criteria. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding brand and even the overall mattresses themselves (materials, springs, etc.)

She offered different quality pillow to me to make I was most comfortable when trying the mattress she recommended. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.

In the end we found a mattress that was exactly what we wanted.

Zanna’s kindness alone would make me return to Harvey Norman. She is absolutely amazing and we will 100% be returning.

I recently purchased a new base and mattress from Harvey Norman Naas. While the overall experience had positives, there were also some very frustrating aspects.

Firstly, I want to commend Denise in sales. She was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process. My order ended up being delayed, and the waiting time for the base and headboard to be made was far longer than expected. However, Denise kept me informed and did her best to come up with a solution and make a plan when the delays happened. Her customer service was excellent and she was the main positive part of this experience.

Unfortunately, the delivery experience was very disappointing. The delivery team arrived at approximately 8:30am on a Saturday morning and knocked extremely loudly on the door. Once inside, there seemed to be very little consideration for the household. They were making excessive noise throughout the delivery process, loudly moving items around and creating enough racket to wake the entire house, including small children.

I understand deliveries have to be completed efficiently, but basic courtesy and awareness of customers’ homes should still apply. After such a long wait for the furniture, the final experience felt unnecessarily stressful and inconsiderate.

Overall, Denise’s professionalism deserves recognition, but the delivery experience and long delays significantly impacted what should have been an exciting purchase.

Niall and the team from Naas were fantastic when I had to change a TV. Service was great

The delivery service was very professional- I got a call at 7.50 am asking would a particular time suit. They arrived - Johnny and David- on time and were extremely polite and pleasant and were very careful bringing the item through the doors. Proper service.

Fast efficient delivery..Great communication from delivery driver..

I received a suite of furniture this morning from Harvey Norman. I got a call from the lorry driver to verify my eircode and that they would arrive within 40 minutes.True to his word 2 men named Martin P and Darren C arrived within 40 minutes. They came to my door with mats to protect my floors. They carried in furniture and assembled it all. They gathered all the boxes and packaging and took it all away. Martin and Darren were so polite and punctual and professional. I would highly recommend these men They were marvellous. 👏👍

Amazing experience online just a couple of clicks and a quick trip to click and collect naas , the lady in the shop was super fast at retrieving my item 5 stars all round will most def shop there again
