I had a fantastic experience thanks to a young gentleman named Liam who went above and beyond from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right option. I am not very computer savy however Everything was explained clearly, and he made the whole process smooth and stress‑free.
It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such genuine care for customers. He is a real credit to the company, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. He ensured that our laptop was set up to meet our need. Many thanks also to Theo. Well done Harvey Norman Tralee

I received the wrong item in my order
I received the wrong item in my order. I originally ordered the DJI Mic Mini, but instead I was sent the DJI Mic 2.
Please advise on how to proceed with returning the incorrect item and receiving the correct product I ordered.
The order also included a DJI Nano camera, and that item is fine.

Slow delivery
The appliance is great but it took over 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to arrange delivery which was very frustrating

Fabulous customer service
Tralee Harvey Norman has once again proven to be the store for me. Yet another problem with my F/F and once again the support and wonderful customer service from Tina and her manager Sean who came to my aid immediately, responded with speed and resolved the issue is so much appreciated. Fabulous staff
I had a small problem with my new vacuum cleaner and I could not speak highly enough of the lovely staff I encountered in Harvey Norman Tralee. I dealt with one main person and she was so knowledgeable and helpful and took no time at all to sort it out. I dealt with two other staff, one was at the counter and they were so genuinely interested in getting me sorted. I will definitely be back to Harvey Norman Tralee. Fab staff and a lovely experience dealing with them.

As soon as I arrived at the store in Tralee, I was warmly welcomed by Ben. I have a strong interest in tech, and it was clear right away that Ben is extremely knowledgeable as well. In many tech stores, the topics I like to discuss often go over people’s heads — but not this time. Ben was fantastic to deal with, understood everything I was talking about, and made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. I really appreciated the great conversation and excellent service. I ended up buying a TV and a PS5.

I got a phone call from Ameena in the…
I got a phone call from Ameena in the Tralee shop to follow up on the order that had been collected. She advised that we were given the wrong model (we hadn't coped this at the time) and could we return them and she would give us the correct models which we did and Ameena had the correct models ready for collection. Excellent customer service.

Website is easy to use. But click and collect is not working.

Click and collect just does not work in Tralee.
Ordered on a Saturday. All in stock,
Pick up notice on Tuesday?
Clicked the I am on my way button.
Showed up at the store 40 minutes later.
Pick up in the back after convincing the guy that he does not need to carry the oven through the store.
Took them 25 minutes to find and bring my stuff to the car.
Considering this next time.
