The weeder is wonderful, but not as easy to use as I expected.

SO many things went wrong. It took AN ENTIRE MONTH to receive!! Fake-looking plastic blooms and a different shade from the one shown. And expensive! I am sooo disappointed!
PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO MAKE A RETURN!!!

Ridiculous responses on package being delivered. Was told to check with neighbors and use the tracking number they said was USPS number. My local postmaster look at it and told me it was not even close to a legit tracking number. He even went to his office computer and said it was a useless number.
What a complete scam. Guess I got taken.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Waited a month for Valentine heart-shaped gemstones. What I received is nowhere close to what was advertised and bottom line they are unusable. Customer service is an absolute joke and has refused any type of refund more than $3-$8 which is of course completely unacceptable. RUN AWAY!! If it would have let me give 0 or negative stars, I would have. 1 is too generous!

Rip off!! Do not order from Hassignment!! I placed an order for 500 seeds of cornflowers, and received 2 small packs of about 20 seeds!!! Email address is now dead. Do not order from Hassignment!!!

I placed an order with them on 1/21. I started emailing with the company on 2/11 since I had not received the product yet. I asked for a refund and they sent me a bogus email saying the package was in a city I don't live in and I needed to go to my local post office to retrieve it. When I explained I didn't live in that city where the package supposedly was, they said they wre sorry for the unsuccessful delivery but that they delivered to the address I gave them. I double checked my original email from them which has my correct shipping address. Total scam.

ordered valentine's for my daughter. they were all misspelled and not as pictured. refused a full refund and offered $3 when i paid over $40. also shipping took several weeks.

I asked for a refund as soon as the order was placed and they responded immediately saying it was too late. I asked for the order to be canceled and they said they would do what they could.. 2 days later the order shipped.. I get scam vibes from this company

I ordered a product 2 months before, Christmas still haven't received the package and it's the 9th of January.!!! They said it would be delivered before Christmas!! Worst company. I will never buy from them again ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Got the cyber clown mask and I got a cheap mask with no hair. Worst ever. Dont believe what you see on Instagram.

Do not use this company. They overcharged me for a product, have not returned the overcharge and will not accept the return. Absolutely dishonest and scammers.

I never received my order they kept sending tracking updates and then said it was delivered I have been back and forth with them over my order.
I am filing a compliant with the BBB and fraud center.

Very disappointed with this company, representing Reismeyuier. Bought products from them and it took almost a month to receive. Once received, the shirts were poorly made. I have been trying to return these shirts and just keep getting the run around and still have no resolution. They are in China and it takes a day for someone to return your email and they respond when we are asleep. DO NOT BUY from them!

I purchased an item from this seller on 4/3/25. Shortly thereafter I received a tracking number and nine updates on shipment. The final update stated that my item was delivered to the front door in Denver Colorado on 4/21/25. Problem: I live in Plainville Connecticut. I sent an email to seller explaining the mix up. They responded with a new tracking number which stated that my item was delivered to Plainville Connecticut on 4/22/25. The seller told me to follow up with my local post office. I did and that tracking number did not belong to them. Further, they did not deliver item to my residence. I also have USPS informed delivery and they reported no mail delivered to me on 4/22/25. I filed a complaint with PayPal for refund. They closed my case citing with seller, based on second tracking number. Unfortunately no appeal can be made after case is closed. Evidence of possible fraud on the second tracking number was developed after case was closed. I would not buy from the seller.

DO NOT ORDER from this place!!! I placed an order on 4/22/25 and still don’t have it. They did answer my first two inquiries saying it was on the way, blaming whatever carrier they use. The third and fourth time I told them I wanted my money refunded and these went unanswered. So here it is 6/12/25 and I have no seeds and no refund.

I never received my order and the tracking number no carrier recognizes I would caution you from ordering from this company.

Ordered product 4/1 still as of 4-24 not received. they keep sending shipping updates that aren’t clear.

Absolutely awful people. Item NEVER delivered, NEVER converted to US tracking #. Paypal finally credited me back. All company would say was it was “delivered”. Paypal Fraud agreed with me…but the dispute center, despite the Fraud department’s assessment closed the case. DO NOT BUY. Took them 2 months and nothing arrived. HORRIBLE people. Hopefully new tariffs will put them out of business

I'm guessing that the positive reviews are from bots. This company is clearly a scam.

My mother ordered makeup from them on Feb. 25th. On March 25th, she received notification that her order had been delivered. This was after receiving updates on:
03/12 - "The shipment has been shipped to United States.'
03/14 - "The shipment arrived at the customs of United States."
03/17 - "The shipment is declared at the customs clearance of United States."
03/19 - "Arrived Shipping Partner Facility in the United States."
03/21 - "Departed Shipping Partner Facility in the United States."

The package never arrived. My mom lives in a town with a population of less than 3,000, and she's had the same mail carrier for seven years. She has informed delivery from USPS, and there was no notification of the package arriving on the 13th of March. There is no way that the package was delivered.

Looking into this, I found that the Reismeyuier "store" is actually hosted on the Hassignment domain. Hassignment has been reported on multiple sites as an all-out scam.
