I was hoping I could just drop the item into the sink and be done, but the drain plugs were too big for the bathroom sink which is where I wanted it. So, I discarded the screen basket, and using a hacksaw, I cut off two sides of the plastic/runner to make it fit. At least, now, it hides the drain hole nicely, and is attractive in appearance.

False advertising, and cheap products. They do not stand behind their own crap products, and do not take returns. Do not buy anything from this company. I was a fool for doing so. Hard lesson learned. Purchased a pair of sunglasses they advertised to be specifically for golf. The sunglasses are a cheap, crap design and do absolutely nothing that was promised in the advertisement. When I emailed the company asking to return them for a refund, they offered me $2.00 in compensation. Completely insulting. Buyer Beware, or you will learn a valuable lesson, like me.

I ordered a cedar garland in November. It wasn't received until the second week in January. When I opened the plastic packaging over half of the branches fell off of the stalk. Customer service told me to just reattach them. When hanging up they fall off. I asked for a full refund and was told that there was nothing wrong with them.

Don't buy anything from this site because it is not a real store. They have no physical address, they refuse to issue refunds when merchandise is wrong or damaged, and they refuse to cancel even if you cancel within minutes of buying. They refuse to send you an actual return address if you ask for it because they have no idea where the merchandise is mailed from or from whom you are really buying the merchandise. Finally, their merchandise is priced 3 times higher than everyone else. They charged $40 for a child's toy when everyone else (I later discovered) were only charging $8.00. This is a scam company. Beware!

Worst company ever. It took over 55 days to receive an item that was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and it arrived the day before Christmas. Communication was nonexistent — they do not respond to emails or messages at all. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Major red flag. This feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs.

I bought an item in mid November hoping to get it before Christmas. It took 3 weeks before I even got any kind of tracking shipping information after emailing customer services several times. I still do not have the product and shipping indicates the product is still sitting in some where house in Chicago. Who knows if this company is legit or not or if I would ever get my product…DO NOT BY from them

I placed an order October 1, which I finally received on December 11. What I received, however, did not match the size chart or the images of what I ordered and the company refuses to accept a return for a refund.
