Terrible company with over inflated…

Terrible company with over inflated prices. Bad quality prints and bad customer service. Last two jobs I had to send back for bad quality and overprint errors. They either don’t have quality control or are using a third party which explains the high prices. Will not be using them again and do not recommend them.

It is a shame that you have left us this review when we have worked very hard to ensure that your issue you have mentioned to us are resolved to the best of our ability. We have had a lot of communication about this, and even paid ourselves to pick up the goods that you are unhappy with but, as you are aware, the courier was informed that there was nothing to collect from your client so your issue could not be looked into any further. We have explained that we needed the goods back to look at the issues you mention as this isn't a issue that any of our other customers has experienced so we were keen to get to the bottom of this for you.

With regards to the pricing, I'm sorry that you are unhappy with this. We have increased our pricing just the one time in 3 years as a knock-on affect from both Covid and Brexit and think our prices reflects the service and high quality products that we supply. We print everything in house ourselves, and do not outsource as you suggest.

We've worked together for a few years so it's really upsetting that you are this unhappy with us after this amount of time.

It looks like you also received your money back for this order that your customer has received and used.

Please reach out to us again via the emails that you have if you wish to discuss this further as we have really enjoyed working with you for all of this time and customer happiness is our number one priority.

Samuel in design team is a legend

Can’t speak any more highly of the guys at hatch. We had a rush job for a flag and had 72 hours to get it made and delivered. I was apprehensive as to how good the service or quality would be with such a short turn around but both were excellent.
The original designs we sent were rubbish and not in the right format. We were contacted by Samuel from the design team (absolute legend) who reworked the design to get it up to the right quality and then rushed it through so we made our deadline. The quality of the flag when it arrived was off the chart good! Excellent service would totally recommend

A very disappointing and stressful…

A very disappointing and stressful experience with this company. There was no sign of my roller banner a week after ordering it and their customer service was very poor.

I was told the delay was due to an office refit and were experiencing some delays in shipping out some orders. If this was true then why not state this on the website before taking my money? I was told "We've upgraded your order to Next Day shipping and it's being produced as we speak so it will be dispatched this afternoon". This proved to be a lie as nothing turned up for several days. It took several more emails and phone calls to try and find out what the status of my order was but no one answers the phone at all and they don't reply to their facebook or website messaging service at all, despite the system showing me they had read my message.

Eventually they sent me an offical DPD delivery email which showed, hopefully, that it was going to arrive which it did almost a full 2 weeks after ordering it.

I will not use this company again. They caused unnecessary stress and worry thinking my order was not going to arrive in time.

still waiting for a refund …

I ordered a banner on a friday afternoon before their cut off time for a monday delivery. I spoke with them on the phone and was assured it would arrive. It was a last minute order after being let down elsewhere days earlier. Monday i received an email to say they needed revisions for the images - so the banner was not being delivered and wasn't even being printed. I made contact and cancelled the order as it was needed for 8.30am the following morning. I have made contact multiple times now for a refund and nothing has materialised. i have now this morning send emails to every address i can find. I am calling their phone number but no answer. All i would like is a refund for the item that was not made/delivered. I am happy to remove my review if i receive contact and a refund

I would love to look into this further for you but I am unable to locate your order number unfortunately. If you could please email us on help@hatchprint.co.uk we will look at this as a priority.

Also, just to quickly note - we won't send artwork that is sent to us of low resolution to print as we really want you to be super happy with your finished product. I apologise if this had caused an issue, but we would hate to think of anybody receiving an order that is blurry and always try to resolve this before sending to print.

Loved our print and have planted out…

Loved our print and have planted out invites, all of guests commented on how cool the idea was. We ordered 50 as we knew we needed 42 but sadly 12 were bent/dented before we then sent them out/handed them out - so packaging could be more robust but otherwise really happy with the result and service. Thank you

Just to note on the 12 you mention - at Hatch we're really keen to be as environmentally friendly as possible, and we use recycled and eco-friendly products to pack and ship our products but every now and then this can mean that during transport the products may get a little damaged but if you contact our customer engagement team when the goods have arrived we can always look into this to ensure you are 100% happy with the product you pay for! So pleased to have found this printer conveniently located in walking distance of the NEC. Whilst exhibiting we ran low on leaflets, After a quick chat on the phone we very easily placed an order which was fulfilled in an extremely short turnaround and to a competitive price. Great service made me feel special

We were looking for a flexible seedpaper solution for a festival we're running so that our guests could plant their invitations and turn them into flowers as a memory of the event. Big thanks to Katie for helping us with some delivery issues, first rate customer service from a company that really does care about your order. Recommended!

Amazing service and support

The website is really easy to use and to create your own designs. I easily created my design and submitted my order. The next day I was emailed to advise that some of the images that I had used were not the best quality and that they would look pixilated if used. I was able to go back and change the images to a better resolution image and resubmit the design. Throughout the process both Sam Watson and Katie Duke were fantastic, both replying quickly to emails and assisting when needed with the changing of the images. A lot of companies seem to have forgotten about good customer service, it seems Hatch have not, but this means that I also wont forget Hatch and when my upcoming business venture starts progressing, I will be going back to Hatch to give them my custom again knowing that I will get a service I can trust and rely on.

I popped into Hatch yesterday and when…

I popped into Hatch yesterday and when I arrived, found out they were closed due to a break-in! Despite this, they still printed out multiple sheets of different sizes for me and boxed them all up. Thank you so much for your help! As a small business owner, I’ll defo be coming back whenever I need anything printed! 😁

Printing

I needed to get some printing done and popped into Hatch to be greeted with a very friendly welcome. The printing I required was not a massive job but that did not seem to matter and it was very quickly printed and put in a brown envelope for me to carry out. Amazing efficient service and I would certainly use Hatch again and would highly recommend them.

I'm delighted to have found this company. Fabulous customer service from Katie when i struggled to upload the PDF's, and very quick printing and delivery - recieved within 24 hours of my order. Couldn't be happier with the pop up banners, they look amazing. Thank you!

Terrible (or non-existent) customer service

The customer service at Hatch was so terrible, after a week of emailing and calling I had to take my business elsewhere. I received one initial email from them, 2 days after sending my print files and then nothing. I tried on email, Facebook, Instagram and phone and it proved impossible to speak with anyone.

This is extremely disappointing as they proudly claim 'next day delivery' on their website. I was relying on this for my business and now I have missed an opportunity because they have been so unreliable.

I have never left a bad review in my life but I would give them 0 stars if I could! I wouldn't chance it with Hatch, extremely unprofessional and frustrating.

I find the online design tool easy to use.
Hatchprint are always quick and efficient, with friendly helpful staff, and excellent communication
People love these cards, and are more willing to take them than normal ones.
Highly recommended!

Fantastic Customer Service!

I had a great experience ordering from Hatch. I chose this company because of their excellent eco-sustainable credentials which I couldn't find anywhere else. Sam- one of the design team- was always quick to answer any queries I had. They were even kind enough to send me a video walkthrough of a proof copy of my order to ensure I was happy with how the final result would look. Delivery was super speedy and would definitely order from them again!
