They are all truly professional .
The packers were very quick and efficient and tidy.

From start to finish, the team were professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They arrived on time, worked tirelessly, and handled all of our belongings with great care - making what could have been a stressful moving day feel easy and well organised.
The customer service from Hatfields Removals was outstanding throughout the entire process. From Leanne attending to provide quotation to the team arriving on moving day. They were approachable, helpful, and kept us informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble, and their positive attitude made all the difference.

Hatfields Removals moved us at the end of June, and from the initial survey through to carefully packing our home and unloading the very last box at our new house, the whole team were fantastic. They worked tirelessly in very hot temperatures, always with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. Every member of the team is a real credit to Hatfields.

What an exceptional service Pete and his team offer. From start to finish they provided a highly professional service. Leanne communicated with us throughout the process. The lads on the day of the move Kieran and Miles were fantastic extremely polite, punctual and professional. The team together took the stress out of us moving. I would highly recommend using Hatfields if you’re in the process of moving house.

Great communication, great staff, could not do enough for us, they went above and beyond.
Pete really knows his stuff and Leanne runs a very tight ship from the office, keeping you updated on any issues.

A great move as moves go. The team were excellent and couldn’t do enough. Unfortunately my husband isn’t well so wasn’t able to help much but that didn’t matter. The lads were great, never moaned (despite having to carry an extremely heavy mattress up winding stairs) always smiling. All that on what was the hottest weekend on record.

Outstanding service from start to finish!
Pete and his team are exceptional at what they do. The whole process was incredibly well organised, professional, and efficient, which took a huge amount of stress out of moving day.
What really sets Hatfields apart, though, is the team Pete has built. Every member of the crew worked tirelessly, was friendly and helpful throughout, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. That dedication and commitment to customer service is undoubtedly their greatest strength.
We had a substantial move involving 5 vans and well over 150 boxes, yet the entire move was completed in less than a day. The level of coordination and hard work involved was genuinely impressive.
A huge thank you to Pete and everyone at Hatfields for making what could have been a stressful day feel effortless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone planning a move.

What a great bunch of people working for Hatfields. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone is calm, collected and very efficient. You are in safe hands with this company. Removal costs are high so its good to feel the service meets the cost.
