They desperately need an updated booking system, it's a technical nightmare and almost impossible to navigate. They have no email address and the park phone goes through to voicemail. Booked trip for 4 adults and a tiny baby and the issues are endless:
1. They use Ho Seasons as a booking agent, this is who you are transferred to when you call to book. The Ho Seasons website would only let us count the baby as an extra adult (so 4 bedded lodges with a cot weren't available when we added the baby). Agent on the phone had the same issue, so advised leaving her off to get the property we needed for our size of party.
2. The first two agents we spoke to gave a 'best guess' at the facilities at the property (e.g. washing machine, shower, etc - you can't view this on the website, it just says 'in selected properties'. They literally said 'it probably has a shower but there's no guarantee'. I guess some only have baths. With a young baby we need to know what is there). The third agent was much more helpful and able to look it up. However, despite him encouraging us to email him about the booking initially, as soon as we paid he went completely dark and ignored my queries. There's no email for the park and they don't answer the phones, so we're stuck. I have unresolved issues, for example: it doesn't specify on our booking confirmation that we need a pet free property, despite this being promised on the phone. Fingers crossed it's recorded in their system somewhere.
3. They never sent the code you need to book activities; the booking agent ignored this in my email and we had to call the park several times to get through and find out what it is (FLFLB0140970); they promised to also send it in an email - never arrived.
4. Suddenly, today, it is saying 'no reservation found' when we tried to log in with this number to book the pool. I've left two voicemail messages and they are not returning the calls.
Really hoping they haven't gone bust or something. It seems like the most unfit system for 2022, reminds me of when you used to call Teletext to book a holiday. I hope they'll return my calls (or even email me using the above ref number if someone sees this - it's really hard to answer the phone with a young baby and shocking that they just don't answer).
I'll update this review after our stay, if we ever get there! Just really hoping it's clean, reading some of the other reviews, I'm not overly confident!
