If you are in the US do not purchase, they are based out of Canada - and with current tariffs, the duties can be INSANE. If you bring this up to customer service they will point you to a policy which I didn't see anywhere in the ordering process.

Chinese based company not UK
They have no contact number or address, but just try to fob you off with excuses about the goods
Avoid them like the plague!!

Absolute rubbish items

Absolute rubbish items , do not order from these, ordered 2 t shirts size 2xl, not even the same size when arrived and absolute sh-te, better off making them out of rags.Be warned.

Poor quality, pricey and difficult to return.

Two shirts received, poor quality and expensive.They were too small so asked if they could be replaced with next size. Reply indicated that I could return them to china at my own cost (thought they came from Birmingham!) but it would be easier if they give me a 10% refund which I agreed to. Waiting for refund.

Do not buy from Haven Birmingham it is a scam company. I bought a short sleeve shirt (£32.95) which looked good on their website but when it arrived it was such poor quality its only good for the bin! Haven have offered me a 20% refund if I kept the shirt which would be cheaper than returning it to China! This is if I ever see the refund after reading other customers problems trying to obtain their refunds.

Avoid Buying from This Company

This is a scam overseas company selling cheap, low quality clothing into the UK market. They are based in China and have no connection with Birmingham as their name would like potential buyers to believe. Their website has been built using cloned images widely available online, and they advertise a Trust Pilot rating of 4.6 which is actually 1.8. The quality of the goods supplied bear no resemblance to those advertised. Their returns policy requires purchasers to return the goods to their warehouse in China at their own expense, with no guarantee that they will ever see their money or their goods again.
PayPal have agreed to provide me with a full refund , and UK Trading Standards are the currently investigating the Company.

I ordered a cotton polo shirt which…

I ordered a cotton polo shirt which took weeks to arrive. When it did it was poor quality made of polyester, not cotton in it at all. I complained, they eventually offered me a 15% refund or return it to China. Due to the prohibitive postage cost I accepted the refund but they have never paid it despite chasers. Liars and thieves.

The.sandals I purchased were substandard. They reluctantly agreed to credit me if I returned them, which Idid which cost me about half the value but 6 months later they still haven’t given me the refund, I don’t believe I will. Don’t buy from them.

Not makers Tag..?

My shirt arrived with the makers tag cut off. Poor communication from the Birmingham based company. Just found out that you have to return items to Asia plus the shipping cost. Avoid like so many other duped customers.

This has been an incredibly negative…

This has been an incredibly negative experience. The 2 shirts I ordered were of poor quality and way too small -even though I had ordered 3XL as I normally do. This company is based in Asia even though their trading name includes “Birmingham”. They seem to be reluctant to give the address for return (3 requests) and refuse to cover the cost of returns (est. 20GBP). DO NOT BE MISLED BY THEIR ADVERTISING. DEFINITELY AVOID!

Awful company

Awful company! They advertised as if local but their tat comes from a village deep inside China! Delivery of my two shirts took 18 days. When they finally arrived I put them straight in the bin. AWFUL shiny materials used and trust me, nobody in the UK would wear them. My lesson learnt...NEVER TRUST AN ADVERT! Do not order from this cheap, rip off company!

Ordered a shirt which eventually turned up and was a Chinese poor quality product, it was too small and when I tried to return was fobbed of with various reasons!!!

Never buy of these again and puts me off ordering online!!!

Son los mismo de Trend, hice un pedido el día 13/2 y ahora su página no funciona. L página está montada igual… productos iguales con el mismo precio solo cambia el nombre y la otra la han cerrado. No compréis nada porque es una estafa. Os dejarán vuestros pedidos colgados.

DO NOT ANYTHING FROM HAVEN! Despite saying they have a return policy, they effectively have a no-refund policy! Their supposed customer service is non-existent!

I ordered an extremely expensive hat, which was my first purchase from Haven. When I received the hat, I immediately tried it on. The fit was snug, and I was concerned it was too tight for comfort. I waited until the next day and tried it on again before deciding to return it because it was too small. In total, I did not have it on for more than 5 minutes. I promptly returned the hat with all tags attached and within Haven's required time. The hat was in exactly the same condition as it was when I received it!

A couple of weeks later I received an email from the stating:
“As outlined in our return policy [a link to their website that cannot be included in this review], items being returned must be in an unworn, brand-new, and re-sellable condition. Unfortunately, this return does not meet those criteria, and we are unable to process a refund or exchange for it. To facilitate the return of the item to you, we have sent an invoice for $12 USD to cover the shipping costs. Once the payment is completed, we will promptly dispatch the item back to your address.”

Despite the obvious fact that I would not have worn a hat that was too small and still had three different tags attached, I attempted to communicate with them multiple times, explaining the circumstances, etc. The responses I received from each email were the same:
“At this time, due to the condition we've received the product in we are unable to process this return for a store credit or exchange. The condition of the product does not meet our requirements as stated in our policies for returns. To proceed, please complete the attached invoice to have the item returned to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you further until the invoice has been completed.”

With email communication not working, I called the store directly. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and would only say that all questions and issues about items ordered online had to be addressed by email. When I calmly and politely requested to speak to a supervisor or manager, she hung up. I called again the next day, hoping to talk with a different person. The conversation was almost identical to the one the day before, including being hung up on.

I am now stuck with paying the $12 ransom to get back a very expensive hat that is too small for me to wear!
