Absolutely amazing service. I needed a stunning bracelet before a certain date and I left it until last minute, they managed to help me get the bracelet in less than 3 days. The bracelet was absolutely perfect, in the most stunning packaging. Would definitely recommend HBD to all friends and family.

Ordered a bracelet for my daughter in laws birthday. It turned up on time but look nothing like the picture infact it looked cheap and tacky.I am really disappointed with this product definitely won’t buy from there again.

Pretty little necklace bought for my daughter's birthday, she was very pleased.Unfortunately she only wore it for less than 30 minutes before it broke and was lost so sad birthday girl...

I ordered a personalized name necklace and charm bracelet from HBD as a birthday gift for my daughter, and I honestly couldn't be more impressed. From the moment it arrived, I knew it was something truly special.

The name necklace is delicate yet beautifully made - the lettering is clean, precise, and sits perfectly. The bracelet is where HBD really shone though. I chose charms for her birthstone, her name alphabet, and her sun sign, and every single detail was executed with such care. The birthstone catches the light beautifully, and the sun sign charm has a lovely fine finish that doesn't look mass-produced at all.

I ordered a necklace with my daughter’s name and it was beautiful! It was delivered really quickly which I was impressed by. I particularly liked the choice of fonts and to preview the name. The only thing I’d say is I ordered a 16 inch chain as I wanted it to be shorter than necklaces I already have (to wear both together) but with the length of the name (only 5 letters long) it obviously lengthens where the necklace sits so it’s more like an 18” chain.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. To begin with, the bracelet I ordered arrived and wasn’t even the correct item. When I contacted them through a form on their website there was no response so I messaged them through WhatsApp. I sent a photo that the bracelet they had sent me had the wrong colour and size gem, they refunded the delivery fee (as it is their error) and assured me they would send the correct bracelet with next-day delivery.

I returned the incorrect item promptly, but after 9 days, I still hadn’t received any update. I had to chase them myself, only to be told that I had lied about receiving the wrong bracelet, which was both frustrating and unacceptable. They sent me an image of a completely different bracelet to the one I had received. By this point I was so frustrated I asked them just to send me the bracelet in the photo, to which they refused saying that covering delivery was 'generous enough.' (In the companies response they make out like covering delivery was generous, when they sent me the wrong item, so they should have to cover the cost of sending me the correct item!)
Finally, 17 days after originally receiving the wrong bracelet, the correct bracelet was dispatched back to me. There was no apology, and the entire experience showed a complete lack of customer care and accountability. I am genuinely appalled and will never shop with this company again.

The company’s response to this review, isn't all correct. I did send them a clear image of the incorrect bracelet I had received, and they sent an image of a completely different bracelet back to me, that very clearly is a different bracelet to the one I sent.
If the company has any more issues with my review, I have the time stamps of everything, and the images.

I ordered a personalised gift as a birthday present and I did have a little issue but it was so easy to reach out and it was sorted as soon as I contacted them.. I can truly say that I will be ordering again as it’s a lovely place to purchase sentimental gifts

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but on this occasion I feel it’s warranted.

I ordered a necklace around six weeks ago and was initially very happy when it arrived. However, after only a short time, part of the silver has already tarnished. I reached out to customer service to express my disappointment, as I own several pieces of silver jewellery and have never experienced this issue so quickly.

I was told the tarnishing was due to “outside factors” and likely caused by contact with something that accelerated the process. I responded to explain that I had followed the care and cleaning guidance provided, and felt there should be some responsibility on their part given how little time I’ve had the necklace.

Unfortunately, the reply I received simply stated that I was outside of the 30-day period, with no offer to discuss the matter further or find a resolution.

This isn’t the level of customer service you would expect when investing in a piece of jewellery. Very disappointing.

Really quick and efficient

I liked the bracelet that I bought. The only issue was the delivery. It was not priority. The expected date was the 6th, but it arrived on the 12th of March. Other than that, I liked it.

Ordered a gift for my wife of the kids for Mother’s Day, on checking for delivery looked like I hadn’t clicked priority posting but after contacting HBD jewellery and explained they managed to get it to my on time. The wife loved her gift

The necklace I ordered for my 7-year-old daughter’s birthday was absolutely breathtaking. I added a heart and her birthstone, and it looked so beautiful on her. The quality is excellent, and I can’t wait to order again.

Unfortunately, it arrived a day later than expected, but as it still arrived on her birthday, she was able to open it after school, which made it a lovely moment.

What an amazing experience from start to finish it was easily manageable to choose exactly what you want and you can change anything you want for the perfect choice an RT e delivery was impressive it was here well before the needed time I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase and it won’t be the last one either

Was overall a good experience product quality is good. Delivery times were not too long either.
