SCAMMERS
Avoid like the plague, recieved snapped chain and asked for returns label, they are stating i must print this out despite not having a printer and are saying i will have to send it back without a label but it will be coming out of my balance, not quite sure who ben thinks he is with his attitude problem, this is an absolute joke when they are at fault!

I’m sorry you’re unhappy with how this was handled. I’ve reviewed the full conversation and want to clarify what happened.
You contacted us to say the chain arrived snapped. For any fault issue we offer a repair, replacement or refund, and we cover the costs. To arrange that, we asked for the item to be returned and provided return options. When you told us you couldn’t print a label, we explained the available alternatives.
As you didn’t want to use any of the return options, we then made the decision to issue a full refund anyway, without requiring the item back, so you were not left out of pocket.
We completely understand it’s frustrating when something arrives damaged, but we did resolve this by refunding in full. If there’s anything specific you feel is unresolved, please email customer services with your order number and we’ll confirm the refund details and help further.
Exactly what I wanted and good quality
I’ve been wanting a name necklace for a while and after looking around different websites I liked HBD’s the best for its font and different chains. They had a sale on so great value for money. I got one for myself and a friend and they look great. No issues with delivery

Really good quality bespoke jewellery. Also good customer service, when an item arrived with a defect the customer service team were very helpful and ensured a replacement was delivered by Christmas.

Very happy
I received my personalised name bracelet today and I’m thrilled with the result. I have very small wrists and the smaller size option fits perfectly. It looks very delicate but is very well made and it is a lovely way for me to remember the name of my loved one. I will be buying more in the future

The necklace arrived yesterday within estimated delivery time, quality is lovely, names are a tad smaller than expected but its hard to gauge exactly from a picture, but still love it, the perfect present for my friend who has just had her third baby.

Hey Tracy, I'm sorry the item didn't arrive. I can see from the tracking that Royal Mail had the item, but took more than a week to deliver it to you despite it being sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. I'm so sorry about that. I will email you to see how we can resolve this for you.
