Very fast and efficient. Only confusion was providing a leaflet on pathology and phlebotomy with no referencing. It made me think I needed a blood test. Otherwise all clear and concise.

Really struggle with these virtual…

Really struggle with these virtual appointments, second time I've had one and not been able to dial in. Previously have had a couple of occasions where follow ups don't get made. Lastly my most recent phone appointment resulted in me getting an appointment miles away (they input the wrong post code) and then turned out they couldn't cancel it.

Frustrating

After filling in forms, had to do a video call and repeat, then because I wanted to see someone in person to get a hands on picture of my injury, had to repeat all over again. This isn’t time saving and limited in scope of in person appointment without a long drive. Oh and now at 3 apps / log ons and counting! Not an easy or quick process just to get seen and totally fed up with the multiple log ons

Helpful Staff, Way Too Many questionares

Doctors and physical therapists give fast, excellent medical care and quick scans. However, the online website is very confusing and makes it hard to find your paperwork. It is also highly annoying because it sends too many long surveys after every talk.

Too many questionnaires

This is the second questionnaire you have sent me in 24 hours yet I still do not have my list of treatment providers to choose from!!!

I will give an honest review once I have my treatment booked in!

Surveys took a long time to complete…

Surveys took a long time to complete and seemed excessively detailed for an initial assessment.
The process for video calls is also a bit fiddly.

Spoke to a qualified Physiotherapist

I was able to discuss my problems I am having with my knee with a qualified Physiotherapist. She made the decision I should have a MRI scan.

Physio was good however…..

Physio was good except all the information I completed online wasn’t available to her so I had to repeat most things.

Good progress

The DoctorCareAnywhere consultant allocated to me was very helpful and referred me on to an appropriate specialist. The problem was identified and a healthcare plan set in motion. I am happy with the result.

I logged on and joined my video call 5…

I logged on and joined my video call 5 mins early. I was then in the waiting room for 45 mins and the clinician did not admit me.
Part way through I called the helpline to get someone to call by phone but no one did.
When I complained I was told I had not logged on which is manifestly untrue and that the clinician had tried calling, but there are no missed calls nor any phone messages from him. So I do not believe that.
This is evidenced by a later appointment where the clinician did try to call and left a voice message.
Deeply unhappy with the lack of service, the unnecessary wait, the unsympathetic response to my complaint and wasting my precious time.

Rhys was thorough and sympathetic

Rhys was available on time. He did a thorough check of my symptoms and was sympathetic towards my situation. He arranged an MRI scan for me which was available within 3 days!
