Placing order was easy
Placing order was easy. Received with in ten days of ordering. Assembly was easy also. It would be really nice to have some type of wheel arrangement to move it around. Picking it up to move it is kind of hard for me. Safety wise, with the hand rails it's awesome.

Hello dear customer, we are truly sorry for the delay. We will be looking forward to improving our supply chain. Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems.
The ladder I ordered is well made and seems to be strong. I was very happy with this ladder, my sister ordered one just like it from a catalog company and the thing broke the first time she tried it.
My experience with this was great. I love this ladder because it seems that it was made for seniors. Its what I needed.

The ladder has been a blessing to our house. We use it a lot and especially sturdy for us big guys over 300lbs. You couldn't find a ladder of this value for $100. Great investment.

Love this ladder
Love this ladder. Came just in time to put up outdoor Christmas Decorations. I feel much more secure climbing the ladder with side rails. I am a little puzzled by the fact that the platform that holds tools does not lock in place.

Item was much needed by me, came fast, very sturdy, I feel safer climbing on this ladder. It can be a little cumbersome to move around. But safety is my first priority.
