The HCL recruitment consultants George and Kay are easy to reach, they understand my requirements and we work together as a team.
The compliance officer Bhavesh makes sure I am fully compliant and that I am fully compliant.
He is constantly in touch and keeps me up to date.
There is the odd issue of some mails from HCL going into my junk mail thus creating a little delay in information arriving. I am not quite sure why this happens.

My Consultants Rosey Naidu has been wonderful, I have recommended others to the agency just because of her. She treats me well and makes sure I have a job whenever I am available.

My good experience with HCL, was good, is even better now since I was introduced with my new consultant Om Gaur. He has been fantastic, very supportive, easy access when I call any time, he always answer straight away and if not, will call back immediately.
I use to struggle to get shift from my previous consultant even nothing from July which was really stressful and I don't blame HLC because I know all was about NHS.
When my previous consultant left and introduced me to Om the situation improved, through him, am getting at least three to four shifts a week which is not bad comparing previously and I am grateful for that as I can manage to pay my bills and starting to pay the money back wherever I borrowed.
Lastly, is very rare to find care agency who pays holiday like HCL
It was really surprise when I had no shift at all, struggled to pay my bills then I find out that I have some money (holiday pay)
I request for that and paid me straight on that weekend which helped me to sort some bills out.
I will recommend Hcl to anyone who need your services.

The work is good yes, the pay is fine. I wanno use the opportunity to appreciate the effort of my previous custodian, Chloe, I also appreciate my current, OM Gaur, he’s always available, thank you.
Although there is barely shifts when needed. Night shifts are rarely available, even when you say oh I wanno do night shift this week, you get Mayb 1 shift only, I am referring to the Leicester branch please. Kindly give more shifts when demanded, thank you.
