Amazing
Jo and team are a person-centred company to a tee. They can never do enough for you and are truly passionate about what they do. I adore that they come forward with suggestions and if you need support with specific areas of difficulty. For example, if someone you support is struggling with cutlery or crockery, they will come out, see the person and support them to find the best thing for them. I love them. Cannot recommend them enough.

HCSUK always goes above and beyond. When we want something different, they pull our all the stops to deliver. Service is always provided with a smile (red lippy) and attention to detail! HCSUK always go above and beyond. Jo and her team have been our suppliers of first choice for over 14 years. They are always ready to look for new and different products and have always come up with the goods. Throughout COVID they have never let us down - and there were some challenges in the supply chain over that time.

HSCUK are always there when you need them! Jo will do everything she can to help. Jo will do her best to answer any queries and supports the service with so much passion. The staff are all friendly and always go the extra mile. Phil who services our equipment is amazing with all the residents and is always happy to help whilst he is on site, providing a happy, friendly service.

Superb Service
I'm booking with this company for the third time. Excellent service that goes above and beyond what you'd expect. The equipment was demonstrated and this was really useful as I have multiple carers and they also helped to get it into the vehicle. I'd totally recommend them to all.

Friendly efficient professional service provided by HCS team. Lee processes our orders very promptly, and Phil the engineer maintains all our equipment. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always on hand for advice. Would highly recommend

Excellent customer service
Jo, Rachel and the whole team at HCSuk are amazing! As a big care home we often need to order a variety of items and can always find what we need with the HCS team, if they do not supply it they go above and beyond to find it for us! The sales team are always professional, helpful and polite and servicing team are always thorough and professional when visiting the home to carry out maintenance of equipment.
