Premium increased 70%

After approximately 35 years as a customer of Heacock Classic Insurance, my premium increased 70%, because they dropped my previous carrier and added a new one. So much for customer loyalty.

Do yourself a favor, use OpenRoad. I got more coverage for a lower premium.

Update. Thanks for your response but this is insurance jargon. You are consolidating the market and eliminating the competition, plain and simple. And yes, your communication methods are inadequate. You send an email with a 70% increase and expect a renewal? I sincerely hope others shop around and find better, more cost effective coverage elsewhere. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well. Your rep said, and I’m paraphrasing, don’t bother shopping around because some of the other companies are ours.
