I’ve been with them since 2013 never had wreck no claims today may 17 2025 I get a cancellation notice no phone numbers no one to complain to except heacock President Paul Choi ? I called American modern they said since they not working with heacock they cancelling ? Wtf three people five numbers still on hold all their agents are busy all day long ? Maybe it’s class action lawsuit time heacock your butts need to procure insurances for customers that are in good standing crappy business practices

I’ve been a longtime member ofHecock classic. I was very disappointed when my policy expired seven days after I didn’t get my bill paid and you dropped me. Then when I re-signed up, it was almost $200 more. Pretty shitty for a long time customer. The policy I have now is slightly better than what I would get with Haggerty. Do better Hecock

The company was able to insure my classic vehicle, and I was impressed with that, however I feel they could do better with road side assistance, in other words I should not have to pay out of pocket, and then be reimbursed later.
