I ordered my daughter the new cbrn1 mint green bat. I was a little hesitant ordering online from a place I haven't used before. They went above and beyond my expectations. Quick and easy ordering process and delivery was quick. Customer service was amazing and answered any questions.

Headbangersports does it right
Headbangersports do it right. I called the customer service line figured I would have to press numbers to talk to someone but I actually got a real person, that I had to call back. I believe his name was Chris but he helped me out so much. I had purchased and Extend Warranty for 2024 Louisville Genny that cracked and tried to get it replaced. When I put in my email there was no order. But Chris was able to make a ticket and was able to get me to the next step with Extend. Without his help I don't I would of got my claim.
