Fantastic prices, order despatched the day after I ordered it and arrived 2 days later. I was informed at each stage how my order was progressing. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.

Scam company

I ordered on the 12th October, I got a confirmation email but after 3 weeks no delivery. I have sent 6 emails and also gone through their customer service all with no reply, my brother is a solicitor who is looking into this on my behalf

I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Placed an order over 10 days ago. Received an order confirmation with so called tracking information but its stuck at 'processing order'. I never received anything.
Sent 3 contact forms and 1 email - No reply. called but you can just leave a voicemail. No call back of course.

Please avoid!! Do not spend your money as you will never receive anything!!

I wish I checked these reviews before placing an order. More than three weeks now, no order update or delivery . I have send several emails but no reply. Horrible experience.

Scam website AVOID

Scam website - ordered on 09 October- still no email to show any dispatch, 3 emails still not replied to and no phone message returned - just goes to voicemail. Am initiating charge back via my credit card.

This company is not to be trusted

This company is not to be trusted, I placed an order 8 October and they have not responded or delivered my products. I have just messaged Joseph Bohadana directly in LinkedIn but I'm not hopeful of a response. He's into internet setups so this just looks like it's a scam. Anyone can set up a website....

AVOID! I have placed an order with this company 3 weeks ago and have never received what I paid for. They are not responding to my emails and have not provided any update on my order for the last 3 weeks. They took my money and never delivered what I paid for.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! BETTER NOW - SEE UPDATED REVIEW!

I ordered some Probiotics from the company's website on 22nd August 25, with a promised FedEx Next Day delivery.
Unfortunately, the product failed to arrive. After waiting a few days, I attempted to contact the company via the information given on the Contacts section of their website. I tried phoning (no answer, voicemail left), emailing ( no response despite several emails sent) and sending a recorded delivery letter (again, no response).
So I am left with no product, money lost - apoor experience. I will not be using this company again!
UPDATE: 16 Feb 2026.
The new ownership's management has apologized for my treatment and reimbursed me for the loss incurred. I would therefore be prepared to consider using this company again in future.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Made the mistake of making a purchase without checking on Trustpilot! Never received what I purchased. Emailed their support three times. No response at all. Telephoned their phone "help line". Only an answerphone. Left a message. No response.nor to a message through their webform.
I came to the conclusion that this is a scam company. Then did a bit of digging. Until very recerntly this was was "Approved Vitamins".
Bought out by previous manager Joseph Bohadana and relaunched as Healthand things at the begining of the year. Clearly the new ownership is floundering badly. In fact I've just noticed that the website seemes to be changing. Can't find the webform contact page or even the shipping policy now. Buyer beware. You will not hear a peep from this company and trhey will steal your money. If there is a really very very good explanation/excuse for this appalling service I might moderate my comments slightly.
