Excellent, thorough advice from a clearly very experienced clinician. Some travel clinics I had been to in the past had the adviser simply reading from the same websites I could access myself, but the 1:1 advice I received at Superdrug Norwich was informative and reassuring. A bonus was being able to have all my jabs at the same appointment as the consultation, at a competitive price.

I had a punctual and friendly vaccination experience at super drug. The doctor and nurse were very kind and gentle and made the experience very easy.

Olivia walked us through all the risks & what to look out for and was very helpful! I'm a little nervous with needles, and she did it very gently and quickly for me. Because of that, I wasn't anxious about the next round of vaccines I needed. I had a joint consultation with my partner and it was all done very efficiently. Thank you for getting us safe to travel Olivia!

Really good experience. Karra, our nurse, was excellent. She took us through the whole process in detail, and answered all our questions. Her knowledge and explanations were very good. Would recommend the Superdrug Health Clinics highly.

My wife and I had a travel advice appointment at Middlebrook with Melanie, what a lovely person. She went through our options with good advice and no hard sell, thoroughly checking our medical records. We had three visits as we were having rabies jabs, and even though needles are definitely not my thing, each visit was a pleasure.

I had an appointment at the Cardiff, st David’s branch on 12th August. The nurse was outstanding - his name was Zion and he was friendly, professional and explained everything clearly. I wondered what the experience would be like, but after this visit I can thoroughly recommend using the service.

The young lady who took my blood was well practiced and polite. She was kind and thoughtful and completed all the required paperwork thoroughly. The clinic room was clean and tidy and only 10 mins from my home. A very positive experience, would highly recommend.
