Healthletic Avis 

Dealing with Healthletic is frustrating to say the least. I originally purchased the NattoKinase 20,000 on April 20th. Because the item was falsely advertised as a U.S. manufactured product, I expected it to come to me fairly quickly. Not so. I just received an official, 4-page letter from U.S. Customs and Border Protection stating that the product was seized in Miami.

They have also been blowing up my email account with offers of " 50% off" and other such nonsense. To add insult to injury, they even tried to bill me on auto-ship.
Don't do it people!

DO NOT give this company your credit card information. I placed an order for one bottle, which I never received, and they put me on a subscription. I have email them numerous times requesting cancellation. They claim that it is cancelled and continue to charge me monthly. I have now been charged 3 times and never received anything.

I ordered the Bones(01) and then found out my doctor didn’t want me to take it because of kidney issues. I requested a refund and cancellation of future shipments and was treated with kindness and a prompt response, including a full refund. I appreciate the understanding and help given to me through the Healthletic staff.

Order easy confirmation arrived quickly. Now, wait for package. Thanks.

Very customer friendly

Just finally ordered a 3-month supply of the Hairmidian product and looking forward to seeing how effective it is. Cathlyn was a very helpful & responsive(!) CSR who answered my series of emailed questions as promptly as possible. Great job, Cathlyn! I’m puzzled & a bit concerned though that I couldn’t find any reviews online of said product though. Keeping my fingers x’d and hoping for the best with this leap-of-faith. I’ll try to follow up by November of ‘26 after giving Hairmidian a true chance.

WARNING - Healthletic will fraudulently use your credit card by putting you on a subscription service that you never authorized.

The products is good, but the company is terrible. I asked to cancel my subscription and they chose to ship my order anyway… as long as they get your money they don’t care. The worst customer services Ive seen in a long time. Stay away

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE ITS A SCAM. THE HEALTH SUPPLEMANTS ARE FAKE AND T HALF THE TIME THEY ARE NOT SENDING YOU ANYTHING TILL YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT NOT RECIEIVING YOUR ORDER. AND THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT THE SHIP TIME COULD 4-5 MONTHS

Do NOT order from this company. They'll take your money, never ship anything to you, and keep telling you there's a 'delay' but everything is fine. I never received my order. A bunch of thieves and liars.

I received two emails, with different order numbers, following a single order I had placed. I sent an email to customer service asking for clarification to avoid getting billed twice. Within an hour, they had confirmed one of the two orders and asked me to forward a copy of the 2nd confirmation. I sent the copy. 1st thing next morning I received an clarification that the 2nd email was an internal error,& that there was only 1 order and thanking me for my purchase.
I am amazed and very happy with the speed of the customer service.

Be wary of this company. I set up a standing order for their body protection formula. It took FOREVER to get the first order. Then they charged my credit card for two subsequent monthly orders without shipping the product. When I contact customer service the response time is acceptable, but the excuse that the demand outpaces the supply is unacceptable, especially if they charge a credit card and never ship the item. After several email exchanges I did receive one of the orders, but I'm STILL waiting to receive the one missing order, and it's going on four months now. In my last email I demanded a tracking number for the missing order or refund the cost of the order to my credit card. I have also cancelled the standing order and will never order anything from this company again!

I ordered the Nattokinese once I received it I was told by my doctor I cannot take this. I immediately emailed the company and explained this to them. I did receive a reply right away telling me where to return the product and to give them the tracking number which I did. They received the product approximately 5 days later at which time I emailed again to confirm they had received it. They replied immediately that they had received it and said they would refund my money. They did just that, my money was refunded the next day. I am very pleased with the immediate replies they gave me and the refund. I would reccomend them to anyone they are a very trustworthy company.

Ordered Nattokinase, 3 bottles. Took over one month to receive. Paid through Shopify which after reading all of the reviews here may have saved me a lot of headaches with fraudulent charge claims. I was actually surprised to receive the product as I figured I had been scammed. Bottles were packaged okay, but was suspicious of the authenticity of the ingredients. I took a risk and tried 2 capsules. I am fairly certain that what I received was not Nattokinase, but a diluted mixture of niacin powder. I could tell by an almost immediate reaction that is known as a niacin flush which I have experienced before from taking niacin. Nattokinase would not do this on its own even at the 10,800 FU level. I have taken more reputable brands of Nattokinase at higher doses and never experienced this reaction. I would not trust this product as the genuine article. Order at your own risk.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. It over a month to get my order, they never communicated with me. And they charged me twice for orders I didn't make. I disposed of the product I received because I don't trust their products, if they scam you they probably don't have a legitimate product.
